I purchased for Amazon star review plus price. Perfect value and performance and best performing ink brand that I've ever tried for my cannon printer.

The first one I received did not print the colors as expected; very pale. I called Smart Ink based in the Ukraine and Alyssa called me right back even though it was eleven at night there. I explained what was going on and I couldn’t believe that the very next day I received the replacement cartridges. I have never experienced such good customer care and how she made everything go so smoothly.I definitely recommend this product and the amazing service.

I have been using an ink kit to refill old ink cartridges for awhile but they stopped working so I needed something else. I was going to buy the Canon one but I refused to buy them for more than $20 more. These were some of the most affordable ones and they work so great. Since buying these I noticed I have been printing more in color too as I usually only printed in black and white to “save them” but these allow me to print without fear.

A problem with the color ink cartridge from Smart Ink occurred ( striping in b& w as well as color. Doing alignment and cleaning ineffective.) After contacting the customer service line, Valerie quickly sent out a new set of cartridges, received within 2 days. This resolved the problem - thankful for the quick and effective response.

I contacted the company and they were immediately helpful. I texted my problem and they went through what it could be. It did not solve the problem so they are shipping me two new cartridges for replacement. Wonderful service. Thank youP.S. the cartridges arrived overnight and now my printer is working great.

Product quality was great. I had an issue with the color ink not working in my printer and after speaking with customer service they gave me a few things to try. But when we couldn’t get the ink to work it was easily replaced with super fast shipping. I’ve already ordered another set. You don’t fine service like this anymore. Will continue to be a loyal customer.

These cartridges did not work well in our canon inkjet printer even after cleaning and aligning the printer, especially the black cartridge. Replaced the black cartridge and had no issues. The color cartridge still has a little bit of streaking after performing the recommended printer maintenance so it will likely be replaced soon as well.

Good price. Works as well as higher priced in with same quality results.

I bought this ink for school, and the color one worked okay, but the black ink is awful. It was alright for the first print, but after that, it is just faded and doesn't print. I don't recommend this printer ink.Edit: The company got a hold of me and sent out a full refund and resent me ink while keeping touch to make sure it worked. I am so impressed with the customer service. They really went above and beyond any other business I have experienced. If you have a printer compatible, I would definitely recommend their business. Very impressed.

I did not like the fact I had spent so much time with the print quality issue of the Ink Cartridges I bought. However, I am very satisfied with the support I received when I contacted Support Centre. Once it was determined that it was a cartridge problem, a new replacement was sent to me without any cost to me. The cartridges arrived on the day promised by Support. As soon as I installed the new Cartridges, the print quality was excellent. With this experience, I will buy this product.Thank you to the Support Team

This is my second time ordering this ink and I couldn't be happier.Initially my order came and the black was missing lines and wouldn't work. I ran troubleshooting method after troubleshooting method running the cleaning and deep cleaning, realigning printer heads the works to no avail. There were still missing lines and I was very stressed as I'm printing out things for my wedding. I contacted the company and customer support sent me new ink and it's working perfectly! I printed samples today and the colours are vibrant and depicted perfectly.I want to add my first order worked perfectly and I was able to print all my daughter's homeschooling stuff easily with perfect colouring.I will be a returning customer
