The straps are easy to adjust and portable. They are very sturdy.
Hi, I set these up a week ago and I am very pleased with them. I watch some youtube video on the "name brand" TRX suspension straps to compare these .And I find these are very good quality and does similar functions for a less price tag.. I've already used them several times for several different exercises and they work as expected with very good results. The straps are easy to adjust and portable. They are very sturdy. I am 165 LB and they hold me extremely well.If you're considering getting any form of suspension training straps, I recommend give these a try. Thanks

1 step at home gym and travel gym!!
Love how effective and easy these bands are to set up. I was intimidated by the TRX training at my gym so I got these for home use and they’ve now saved me time of going out to the gym. These feel as high quality as the ones at my gym and having had someone over 200 pounds (2Xs my size) use them make me confident to use them. They don’t have to remain up on a door as they’re easy to setup and remove but I’ve kept them up to encourage stretching or quick training when I walk by them.Depending on your door, you might benefit from getting some weights like sandbags to attach to the opposite side of the door to help balance the straps or keep your weight from propping open the door. For example, an older door or one with a gap might not work well in which case I suggest using your front door.

Great workout
I got these because my gym has the TRX bands. I wanted something for home and these look pretty much the same. The bands are over an inch wide and the slides are sturdy metal and catch when pressure is on them. I attached them to a pole via the carbonera and wrapped them on themselves and around a pole and they held great.They pack up to about the size of a softball so they perfect for travel too. These are great for an overall body workout using your body weight. These are a great deal for the price.

As a person who loves fitness, I can get this because I can't go to the gym because of work. When our gym got these they were so popular you couldn't even get on them. Solid Pruduct Great Price
I have been using a similar product and the gym over the past few months but getting there can be difficult. I purchased this product and find it to be as good as the higher price product that the gym has. I am currently a little over 300lbs but use there regularly and have no qualms about there strength. I would have to say that I do not use this product from a door, I don't think that is wise. I purchased a 3/16 in by 3" by 2' metal plate and bolted that across two studs and had my neighbor weld on a metal loop to attach them to. Love it.

Excellent product, excellent price
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years and was around when TRX first became popular. We use that brand in our facility but I wanted something for home use. I was extremely pleased when I received this product. It is, in my opinion, just as sturdy and durable as the TRX brand we use at the club and 1/3 the price!

Commercial grade quality
I purchased this item because it was what I was using at physical therapy and got a good workout with muscle building. It's the same quality used at the PT facility. I'm glad I was able to purchase it at a reasonable price. A piece of equipment you can take just about anywhere you can find a doorway or sturdy structure.

Sturdy
Super sturdy and exactly like the ones I use In the gym. Would recommend if you like bodyweight exercises.
