These are NOT wide enough for popping boba. These are 8mm and I've since learned that you need >13mm to easily pass the pearls through.For reference, the photo shows a TeaZone brand popping pearl.I'm so disappointed that these weren't as big as I thought though. I LOVE the colors and they feel like they're made well. Unfortunately, they aren't what we needed, so we are returning them.

I liked the width and sturdiness of this straw. Great for thicker beverages. The bent and straight options are nice to have. If you have kids that like shorter straws, they are easily cut with scissors.

I love the colors and quality of these straws, i was apprehensive about buying them cuz of their price, but I have been pleasantly surprised by them. I boiled them when I received them and have put them in the dishwasher multiple times. They're still going strong after 2 weeks

I love how these can be cut down to size, if they’re too long for a cup or glass. I keep one in my Nalgene bottle and one in my coffee thermos. They are perfect, and come with a two straw cleaner’s.

These straws are huge. They would be great if they weren’t so wide. I tried fitting them in multiple style cups with different lids and they were too wide for each of them so I had to return.
