CitizenMen's Promaster Mechanical Diving Watch NY0086-16LE

So this is in fact my replacement order.Original item arrived and I thought it had a defect so did the old return and replace and got the original collected and replacement arrived the next working day.There's some vertical play on the bezel which I have not experienced before with my other watches. After consulting various watch forums I decided to send it back and see what the replacement was like.(Mixed answers - some say there should be no vertical play while some say it's part and parcel of this watch. Even Citizen service department said it's normal)Anyway replacement is now firmly sitting on my wrist (some vertical play still but guessing this is normal as surely I wouldn't have received 2 defective products!!!)The watch itself is gorgeous. The Pepsi bezel is vibrant in colour and easily to rotate (unidirectional) and easy to read. Has a nice clicking sound when rotating :)The watch face is easy to read and the shade of blue used is very appealing. My only negative would be the colour of the day / date wheel - it's black with white font . I would of preferred white back with black or red font.The watch case is solid and has a certain 'johnny bravo' look about it.The rubber watch strap is not my thing but does the job - will replace with my NATO strap soon.I have small wrists and this is not an issue - the watch is just under 42mm in width but sits smaller.Overall I cannot fault this watch and I prefer it to the Seiko SKX.

This is my 3rd Citizen watch. My first I accidently dropped overboard and my replacement one lasted me for well over 25 years and worked perfectly dispite all the abuse it took. Was still going strong until I managed to cross thread the adjustment button and got sea water into it. New watch looks and feels comfortable to wear and no issues with it so far.

Very nice wrist and sports watch well made of substantial materials looks as good as the very expensive makes and fits well on the wrist. Have not tried it whilst in the water yet so will have to see about waterproof. Its a shame that it is a little on the small side and could have been a little bigger but that is reflected in the price. But a good buy.

The watch is superb for the money. Full on automatic mechanical watch .I have an omega seamaster and to be honest I think this is the better watch. I have really skinny wrists and because the watch is smaller than you imagine then it doesn’t look daft on my wrist.The accuracy is very good, I have a couple of automatics and this one is rock solid in regards accuracy. This is a no brainier, but it immediately.

Wanted a classic Pepsi style diver, that was rugged. This ticked all the boxes. The watch does look small - i think due to the colour combinations, but its full size. The bezel is rock solid click and perfectly aligned. Mine I believe came from Germany as the calendar days were both in German and English. Time keeping is great- gained 15 seconds one day and lost 10 seconds on the second, so pretty accurate for a watch at this price. I "watched" the watch on Camel and its price fluctuates by up to £40, and I paid much less than the current price. The rubber band is comfortable, and after a day of wearing its still comfortable. The wettest its got is being splashed whilst watering, and 200m will more than cover the paddles in the swimming pool. There is a Seiko watch that is very similar, but from all the research the automatic movement is better in the Citizen model. In summary, yes I would recommend with no reservations.

Good looking watch in completely wrong size, when I open package I was shocked, so small I couldn’t believe, so if you are big fella forget about this one, Returning. Ecozilla is name of the game, happy now

This is a stunning watch, excellent timekeeping better than the Seiko counterpart, arrived early very pleased. Needs a different strap, just my opinion some will like the rubber strap. Highly recommend.

Fantastic watch, well built and the photos don't it justice. The dial is a sharp colour that is not as bright as the add photos. The strap is very stiff and I can't see it lasting much longer but that aside its being on my arm since it arrived.
