I will be returning RevitalX because it contains soy lecithin. I'm guessing it's included as a source of choline, but apparently soy also inhibits the absorption of enzymes in the digestion of protein, so the benefit would seem to be cancelled out. I try to avoid soy at all cost. It breaks out my skin (acne), 90% of soy grown in the U.S. is genetically modified and it's still soy, which has a mountain of proven negative health consequences. There are other sources for choline. I will be looking for another similar product. The manufacturers came so close being low-allergy and gluten free.
