My toddlers have all loved this book so much I had to buy two extra copies! If you have a one year old it’s a must

It's short enough to keep my one year old's attention, and he's always happy to see Maisy in her big house at the end. Maybe a little too short for older kids, but great for younger readers. If your kid likes "Where Is Maisy" they'll like this one too.

Great board book with fun interactive flaps! I've been reading this to my daughter since she could sit up and pay attention. When she was under 1, she liked the bright colors and interacting with the flaps in the book. Once she could talk she would help me read the book. Even now we read books that are more advanced, but she still asks for this once every once in a while. That's fine I'm just glad she enjoys reading and our book time.This is one of the books I buy for friends with newborns / for first birthdays.It's one of my daughter's favorites and we have gotten so much mileage out of it, and usually folks already have 2-3 copies of the new kid standards (dear zoo lift-the-flap and roger knapp's I love you forever)

My 18month old daughter loves lift-the-flap books, but usually they don't last very long (at least in our home!). She's so tough on the flaps and I'm left taping up what I can manage to salvage. I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised with this book as it is very sturdy. My girl reads it at least a few times a week and loves all of the illustrations. We love Maisy and this is definitely a favorite in our home.

Not particularly long but our toddler loves flap books and this one allows you to use some vocab you don’t normally see (doghouse, chicken coop, etc)

I bought this book and several others in the series for my 1 year old twins and 2 1/2 year old. Since my children were very small, just about crawling, they were drawn to the Maisey books, perhaps by the bright, primary colors and simple shapes. They all fight over the Maisey books and they spend hours just picking up the books and playing with the flaps. It's so great to see them sitting and 'looking' at the books. The books have held up to little fingers pulling and picking at the flaps. Would give these books as gifts to friends expecting a baby or small children.

Yes our baby like Maisy; but that’s a bit expensive for only five page. On top that’s almost the same story as where is maisy. So it’s ok, but would have appreciated more pages or cheaper price and also a different story

Maisey is always a hit with those under 18 months. The pages are robust but if you leave your baby unattended with it the flaps do eventually get ripped off, though they can be stuck on again! Baby looks inside the hen house, pig stie, kennel etc For Maisey but only finds the animals wholive there. My baby wants read rhis so muxhmuch I'm fed up of it!

This was posted as very good condition. I'd say it wasn't even acceptable .

Mein Sohn und meine Nichten lieben die Mausi-Bücher, seitdem sie neun Monate alt sind. Die Seiten sind sehr klar und übersichtlich gestaltet: Eine einfache, sehr niedliche Illustration auf jeder Seite, dazu jeweils eine Klappe aus stabiler Pappe, die auch nach monatelangem Gebrauch noch nicht abgerissen ist. Auf jeder Seite eine Frage ("Wohnt Mausi im Hühnerstall?") und unter der Klappe die Antwort ("NEin, da wohnen die Hühner"). Die kurzen Texte strapazieren nicht die Geduld der Kleinen, und sie können selber mitmachen beim Lesen, nämlich die Klappen aufklappen und die Seiten umblättern. Leider sind die Mausi-Bücher auf Deutsch vergriffen, aber da sie nur wenig Text haben, kann man gut das englische Buch kaufen und auf Deutsch vorlesen.

A book isn't about all fun but education so we should be using correct terms rather than words. Such as a dog house if it said kennel I would be happier mom.

tengo muchos libros de la serie "maisy". creo que va muy bien para apoyar ingles desde casa para niños que empiezan - lo lei a mi hija cuando tenia 5 y 6 años. textos son muy faciles y hay imagen para cada frase - esto ayuda.
