I purchased this as part of a "cooking gift" for my sister for Christmas. I have the Al Dente design (no longer available) myself, and she had commented on how nice it was. I use mine for old family favorites, my own favorites, and recipes from friends or magazine clippings. It's a great way to organize and protect your recipes! I'm considering purchasing another for myself, as my own is getting quite full. The maximum capacity of these binders seems to be 60 plastic sleeves/120 recipes. I do like this size, as I frequently cook at my daughter's and parents' homes, and it is quite portable. The A La Carte design is great-looking, with the deep red binder and the miniature utensils in the little window. A quality product!

I adore my new cookbook. I was about to purchase a "canned" cookbook that looked to have some promising recipes in it, and than thought, I have a bevy of my own recipes in a broken down old cookbook. Why not revamp my own old and growing new collection of recipes rather than go the archaic route of a "book" of recipes, half of which I'll likely never make?This little cookbook is so cute and completely functional! It comes with 20 plastic pages that hold two standard recipe cards (40, also included). There are refills available for purchase as well. The book itself is high quality and ahhh-dorable. The utensils on the cover are not drawn on, they are little replicas of real utensils glued on. Very clever.I look forward to compiling all of my recipes into this new book. It is a welcome addition to my kitchen!!!

Really love this recipe book! Was considering this sort of organization instead of a recipe box and I'm so glad I made this decision. The book is beautiful in itself and the inside is so classy. The cards are the perfect size, with enough room on both sides for the recipe and instructions. The black dividers are very nice as well although I'm not sure I'll use all of them. Very happy with this purchase!

This is such a cute cookbook. The red is bold and nice and the utensils are such a cute touch to the outside of the book. The sheets that come with this book hold 4 recipes. I didn't have enough so I ordered a box of 3 extra card holder packets and there is plenty of room in this book to add them all. The dividers are so nice for separating out different types of recipes. I used a label maker to personalize my tabs. I love this recipe book!

I have been looking for years for a recipe book that is smaller than most and organizes my recipes. I love the size and it is really cute and well made. Often times while cooking, I will google quarts to a cup etc..and this book has a convenient chart in the front. I recommend that you buy additional pocket pages and recipe cards. One thing that I would change is the filing options are missing some categories that would organize my recipes better, but in the end it does matter much. I love it!

It was time to hand off the Christmas cookie baking to my daughter and this book was perfect! I purchased extra cards and hand wrote all of the recipes down in it and gave it to her for Christmas. The quality is very nice and it is really cute and the handwritten recipes are protected nicely in their plastic sleeves I am very pleased with this puchase

This is exactly what I was looking for to store my recipes in. The cover is beautiful and seems to hold up well. I've had it for several months now and I'm a bit of a slob and it has held up great.Definitely recommend. Will be ordering the matching recipe cards soon!

Really nice leather recipe book. Well worth the money. So tired of these that fall apart because of cardboard. Finally I can put my treasured recipes in a book where they will stay. Recommend.
