I saw all the good reviews so I bought this product and it seems to do the job.I tried this on 2 pairs of tennis shoes, both Nike and both made of that thin almost netting/mesh-material.The grey tennis shoes in the sink photos are before; they had slightly coated mud and Georgia red dirt on them. I did not take a before pic of the black tennis shoes, because they were brand new and did not have much dirt on them.Because of the material I had to use the soft-bristled brush and still had to be extra careful of the mesh material.What I really wanted clean was the bottom sides of the shoes, because they are white and stand out if they aren't clean. Both of these Nike tennis shoes are practically the same type of shoes (Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 37) so they both have almost foam bottoms. As you can see for the grey shoes, the foam bottoms wear out after a while and create tons of little (not cracks) but indentions and a lot of dirt would get trapped inside the foam indents.This cleaning product did an overall good job regarding mesh material and white foam bases.If anyone has any suggestions for how to clean white foam shoe bottoms, let me know, but until then I'll keep using this product because it did a good job. I cannot expect it to go back to be fully white but overall did well.

I didn't have high expectations with this product but it exceeded my expectations, works great, tried it on different shoes and Wow! it does its job, it really helps me a lot to keep them clean. I recommend buying it.

I originally bought this shoe cleaner to clean my white vans. White vans are so hard to clean without getting yellow after or some sort of discoloration. I have used this on my white vans but it’s not much of a difference as the shoes in the photo. But this product works great for white vans! The shoes i posted in the photos is to prove how well the cleaner works as well with the brushes provided. It took maybe 5 minutes to clean each shoe which was fairly easy.

For the price, killer.Even did a decent job on some white shoe laces.I've used it about 3 times now and it gets them clean every time, almost new.Cleaned my shoe in front of my friend and he decided to buy some.Not sure how gentle it is on expensive shoes but it seems gentle on the converse - even after 3 cleanings.Definitely recommend.

Scenerio: going on a road trip and realize the only grey sneakers I have are my 3 yr old yard shoes....yikes!! They have 3 yrs worth of dirt, grass and grime CEMENTED to them... NOT public appearance shoes...Now I admit I have had this cleaner for atleast 4 months if not longer and I've used it casually on my low-wear and tear sneakers...clean a scuff here or a little dirt there...nothing review worthy...until now. Last minute need for grey sneakers and zero other options and not wanting sto spend $75 on another pair...Combat Cleaner was my ONLY option to try to make these shoes somewhat tolerable to wear in public....OH-MY-GOSH!!! I feel like it brought these old dirty yard shoes back to life!!! Forewarning, this is NOT a simple spray and wipe and its magically clean type of process...BUT if you follow the instructions and use some elbow grease ( for the heavy duty cleaning)...it WILL work!Needless to say, I will never use another brand again! I have found the dirty shoe elixir!The shoe pics don't even do the job justice because those shoes were DIRRRRRRRTY! And now...they are joining me on a road trip!:)

I bought this when it was on sale at almost 14 bucks, the package make me think that it has very good properties and the general feedback, after using it in my wyfe sneakers and scrub like crazy , honestly i dont see where is the special properties, it certainly remove the dirt after scrubbing vigorously but it was nothing extraordinary than most washing cleaning components you can find in youre house. That's why i give 3 stars.

Amazing cleaner

This is easily the simplest, most affordable, effective product i've ever owned for cleaning shoes. That goes for all varieties of shoes as well. I wish there was a tool to help clean the laces better, but I suppose I should just be more mindful as shoe owner to keep the laces clean or replace them.Great product I'd recommend to anyone!
