I have to say I enjoy adding to water...will update if I notice any health benefits

I really like this oil. I notice a difference in my skin and less tone areas of my body every time I use it. I currently use Butterfly Express oils which I still feel are the best, hence the 4 stars here.

Been doing two drops morning and late afternoon in cranberry juice and haven't seen or felt any results. Been doing this for about two weeks now.

Amazing! It helps me to drink more water. I love the taste of this product.
