Beautiful and great fit!
This is a great product, overall! The tail looks even nicer in person, and the 3D printing of the scales is a very appreciated touch up. It’s got lovely colors, and the material stretches well, so it conforms to the body nicely. One thing to note, however, is that when sizing yourself, look on the chart - it helped a lot!The monofin is also more flexible than the other brand one, and because of that, it is easier to move through the water doing the dolphin kicks properly.BTW the box was adorable! Even the inside of the box is cool! Perfect for gift giving!Great company, great product!

Super fun! My child loves it!
The package arrived on time in a pretty box that can be reused and everything was as described. An instruction booklet was included. The fabric was comfortable and the mono fin has an adjustable strap in the back to fit different foot sizes. I ordered size 10 and it fit my average sized 9 yr old fine. The bikini is well made and has removable padding and can be adjusted at neck and back. It has a cute ruffle detail. Bikini bottom has good coverage. You insert fin from bottom of tail then pull it on. Fabric does start to pill a little and I wish there were a snap or Velcro in the middle of th bottom because the edge of the mono fin shows. Also had some thread unraveling at the bottom of the tail. There are plenty of videos online to teach you how to swim with the tail. Overall great product, my daughter is loving playing with this in the pool! And the fabric pattern is realistic in the water.

The mermaid set I would definately recommend.
We bought this tail for my 12 year old daughter.My daughter LOVES this mermaid tail and fin and it looks really good in the water. She says it gives her that realistic mermaid feel with the scale patterning and sheen it gives when wet.The tail and monofin is easy to use and wear in the water, though I will admit she is a very good swimmer already. The tail material feels and acts like very good bathing suit, it is a beautiful pattern, that color changing ombre.Oh, I would also like to mention that the packaging,bikini set, instructions and velcro strap that come with the tail are great! The strap really makes carrying things easy!I would, and already have, recommended this mermaid tail to friends. The tail colors are beautiful, the tail and monofin feel and look professionally made, and overall it looks, feels and acts like a quality product.

Pass on this product - will not last.
Material is very thin, tail portion of dress tore during first wear. Was only worn in pool, ensured it did not rub on bottom of pool or side deck. numerous wear spots where it is going to tear in body as well. material also had no shimmer like pictures in advertisement. Rubber tips on fin would be helpful to prevent tearing. Daughters excitement about birthday gift soon turned into disappointment after first wear.

Cute product and a reasonable price...
This mermaid tail is exactly what my daughter was looking for! Though it is hard for her to use (I knew it would be, but she's a confident little girl...lol) it fit well. The top of the bikini is not exactly conservative, but it covered the necessities. I will say the material was a little bit lack luster. I thought it would be a bit more shiny/glittery from the looks of the pictures but it was more dull than expected. Still cute, still a mermaid tail, still an excited little girl!

Bad Quality
We purchased two fin tails for both of our daughters for Christmas and we just got around to using them last week considering the weather is now permittable. The first time they used them, the fabric on the fin at the bottom already ripped! So disappointing considering we spent the higher end of what most fins cost on Amazon thinking it would make a difference in quality. Dont buy these, I would definitely buy the $30 ones because there is no difference.

Fit as expected
writing a review for a 3 dollar gift card. Fits as expected. Covered her bottom well. The top ties in the back which is fine. The bow looks like it is going to come out so I need to sew it in a little better it moves around to the side. The fins were weird they tie to the feet they dont have a handle in the back around the ankles have not used them yet as they dont seem very kid friendly. the overall look is pretty and my daughter liked it.
