I absolutely LOVE this pillow. While I use a CPAP machine, I actually bought this pillow as I felt it would offer me good support for my neck when sleeping on my back, and I hoped it would relieve shoulder pain from when I sleep on my side. When I first used this pillow while laying on my back, I could feel the support for my neck which I really appreciated - and the pillow cradled my head. And, because I have the wider end of the pillow under my neck, I have noticed that when I sleep on my side there is good support for my neck and shoulders and my shoulder pain has almost gone away. I sleep much sounder than with my regular pillow which is a My Pillow brand, sometimes sleeping through the night because I am not having to fluff or move the pillow around for better comfort throughout the night. This pillow does work well with my CPAP mask and hose - so that's another plus. This is the only pillow that I use at night for sleeping now and I highly recommend this pillow to anyone wanting good neck and shoulder support while sleeping. I'm not sure what the lifespan of this pillow is - so I am considering purchasing another one to put in the closet for when I need to replace the one that I am using now.

This made wearing a cpap mask a lot more tolerable!With a regular pillow, the pillow would press the mask into my face and be very uncomfortable. And it would move the mask and cause air leakage! I'd have to take it off after a couple hours just so I could get to sleep, didn't care about the snoring!This pillow has "pockets" carved out of the corners that allow the mask to set into, thereby eliminating pressure onto the mask and keeps it positioned stabily.It takes a bit of getting used to as the placement of your head has to be somewhat centered on the pillow, but once you do its amazing the comfort you'll find.I've been using it for 4 months and its still as thick and soft as day one. This memory foam actually has a memory!If you wear a cpap mask and sleep on your side, get this! You will love it.

It is not worth the money I paid for it.

Excellent pillow for CPAP use and also useful when not using CPAP machine. Cover is custom made and has no ends or things that might poke your neck or head. Cover removable and washable.

I am very picky about my pillows and it has always been very hard to find one that is comfortable and fits me. My first night sleep on it was one of the best night sleep I have had in a long time. It was a hard purchase to do because I wanted to feel and squeeze the pillow before I purchased it. If it didn’t have free returns I would not have made the purchase.

This pillow is very adaptable with cut outs on the sides for side lying which allow space for the CPAP mask to stay centered. The bottom has a ramped neck section for support or flip pillow around and full cutout at neck. This pillow has multiple possibilities and is made of memory foam which is very comfortable. I would recommend and purchase again!

Best purchase I have made in a long time, I have battled my mask waking me up at night due to mask not staying suctioned. The first night had a better night sleep than I have experienced in some time. I read the reviews before I purchased, and they were very helpful. I would definitely recommend, and I would purchase again,

Even though this pillow didn’t stop my mouth from falling open during sleep, it was comfortable to sleep on. I especially like that the cover can be unzipped for washing. I would buy it again.

Since being diagnosed with sleep apnea, pillow was a dream.Recommend it definitely.

Ok for what i want

Very soft and comfortable but I found it was still a little low for a side sleeper. Has been better since I propped up the mattress.

The pillow is way too soft and squishy. It gives no head and neck support, let alone supporting the face mask. My hand drops into the pillow without much pressure so you can imagine where your head will end up.Your head immediately sinks into the pillow. I have no idea how they got the heads to stay straight in the pictures, my guess is they are digitally produced and not real at all.
