Myrrh is a natural resin extracted from a number of small, thorny tree of the species Commiphora myrrha. Myrrh resin has been used throughout history as perfume, incense, and medicine. After harvest, the gum becomes hard and glossy with a distinctly bitter taste and smell. The gum is yellowish-brown and may be clear or opaque. This particular variety comes from Oman.

The best quality Myrrh i have ever burned.Clean..all-resin..no twigs or dirt...Outstanding presentation with the burlap sac.High-end, high-grade resin of A++ quality.I would definitely recommend & definitely purchase again.Yes....it is at a slightly higher price point.....but it is 100% worth the extra few bucks.

you get rather large chunks
very fast shipping.large chunks of resin. Quite fresh.I use an electric burner, I've never tried the charcoal so I can not compare to those type of burners.I recently purchased a sample pack of aromas from a different seller. I fell in love with the Myrrh and the frankincense. So I decided to purchase better quality items. Better quality, better fragrance right???I bought this item plus a 1/2lb bag of frankincense from this seller. very nicely packaged, strong aroma. huge chunks of resin.This sellers frankincense is also amazing!!

Best I've been able to obtain. Pleasant smell when opening the bag. Real myrrh. Makes a great mouthwash and topical pain killer.

The media could not be loaded. I put in a capsule. It is great for colds, constipation, congestion and many other health benefits. It is very bitter! Best to consume it in a capsule. The best myrrh on the market.
