Ratchet mechanism is very comfortable

Here we go . . . Now I like this belt mind you butttt . . The unraveling on the back became a problem . . It started a little around the red inside ratchet section and as time went on it grew to the wear area and it got messy. Now I to tried using heat to melt down these now loose strands but it was only a temporary fix . . It just kept unraveling.But . . I have found a solution that so far is working . . . You see I work with leather on many different projects which requires different solutions to treat the surfaces and edges to finish a project.There is a solution called . . Edge Kote . . Made by Fiebings. Mine is black in color. . . And goes on like a thick paint onto the belt with a small brush . . Apply a coat then let dry completely . . Using a burnishing tool . . Rub this down to smooth out the surface then apply another coat or two and burnish each layer down after it has completely dried. This will bind all your thread on the back and after burnishing it down . . Will give a very durable and smooth surface . . And I have no more loose threads !!! Make sure to let each layer dry over night.So far I see no wear at all on the back now and the ratcheting concept still works great !!Hope this helps . . I know they sell this material here on Amazon in 4oz bottles . . Be careful getting it on your hands . . It’s a buggggger to wash off !!

Better than a regular belt but only after a couple months it already has some wear and tear around the holster

this belt is exactly what is needed for a sturdy CC belt, it also is a great all around belt. The ratchet system works flawlessly.

I am very pleased with the belt, but I don't buy Chinese-made products. They do everything they can to trick potential customers into thinking it's a U.S.-made belt, but apparently it is not. I sent an email almost a week ago, asking where the product was made, and I was ignored. So their customer service response is total garbage.I do like the belt, but would not buy from them again.

This is the first "Gun Belt" that I've ever owned so I don't have any experience with that, but as a belt it is awesome. Easy to setup, easy to put on and take off and I love the way it adjust in small increments.
