Directions say to take two /day and drink lots of water. I take one first thing in the morning with yogurt and drink lots of water. I take the second one in the evening exactly the same. I do not take two at once. I eat alot of brown rice, fruit and whole grain granola which also helps.

These work great. Curb appetite besides giving you your daily fiber.

Packed well and delivered in a timely manner.

I have IBS and this solved my problem to locating a reasonable source. I will be ordering more as needed.
