Ian Fraser is a Scottish model maker who 20 years ago was producing some of the finest scale models of historic sites in the UK. From his workshops in Scotland his pieces were shipped worldwide to a delighted audience of collectors. All the major historic sites in the UK had them for sale as well as the duty free shops in the larger airports. I first saw them there and imported them along with Lilliput Lane heritage pieces as the two companies had recreated almost all the major sites in the UK that my customers were seeking. Times changed and the retail market shifted in the UK as well as here and Fraser Creations outsourced its manufacturing to try and remain competitive. It continued to make the models under the Gleneagles Companies but eventually decided to retire the line. To my knowledge there are no plans to return it any time soon. We are pleased to offer the last of our inventory of Fraser Creations Heritage sites. This medium sized model features the Queens residence Windsor Castle.
