⚡ Stay Static-Free, Stay Ahead!
The Flux Dispenser with Pen Top is a 2oz ESD Safe, static dissipative solution designed to protect sensitive electronic components. With an impressive average surface resistivity of 10^9 to 10^10 ohm per square, it effectively dissipates a static charge of +/- 5000 volts in less than two seconds, making it essential for any static-sensitive environment.

Great for precisely applying flux when soldering.
This little bottle works pretty good. I have only had one small issue with it, but it was easy to rectify. The needle is so small, that if you let the bottle sit around for a day or 2 after using it to apply liquid flux, the flux will harden into the needle clogging it up. To fix it, all I did was take my soldering iron and place it on the side of the tip to the needle and when the needle heated up enough, it burned the flux out. Just don't let it get too hot, the bottom is plastic and it will melt. So far so good though, this makes applying liquid flux real easy. I prefer liquid versus solid, but until I purchased this, it was always so hard to apply without making a mess. With this I don't have that problem anymore. The small needle makes it possible to apply just a drop to the exact location with very little to no run off.

Fair quality and last a while.
I use these for IPA and they hold up fairly well. Eventually the top splits a little or I bend the needle and I have to replace it. Otherwise they seem to be pretty good quality. I have only had one new one that was a bit leaky out of the box.

Good product with a thin #26 needle. Accepts also thicker needles.
This FD-1 product has the narrower needle (26 guage) in this product line. I am using liquid rosin flux and SMD parts and am very happy with the level of control that the thin needle provide. Since this is a standard straight blunt needle, replacing it with new/clean or different guage should be easy (both slip and luer lock needles should fit, for lower guage numbers you may need to increase the plastic tip hole size but this should be trivial). If the needle gets clogs, either heat it with the solder iron to soften the clogged flux or replace with a new needle, they are cheap.I am also uploading here a picture with the parts that comes with this product. Assembly is easy.

Not so good for RA Flux
The product is nice but I am using it with RA type soldering flux and it doesn't like it. RA flux thickens when it dries so not so good for the tip. That said it would work well with other types that do not thicken.

This package they send is like a puzzle
This package they send is like a puzzle! There are 2 totally unrelated objects-a bottle and a needle. The needle was never created for this bottle. They are not made for each other. The needle does not fit through the hole and insert into the bottle and the the needle does not fit over the end of the bottle. There is no way for this needle to connect and stay attached to the bottle. There are no instructions. Your "Mission Impossible"will be to guess how to attach the needle without oil leaking and dripping on your hands-A MESS! I found the 'real deal' best idea for an alternative. Go to (type exactly Amazon): Momuk 12pack 10ml syringes the 18ga Blunt Tip. These do not deteriorate and perfect to insert needle into the key slot of a lock for oiling.

Buy a different bottle !
HORRIBLE ! It didn't come with the needle tip as shown in the photos. And the price ? I was willing to pay the approximately $13 for this little 2 oz. bottle because it was SUPPOSED to have the needle tip, even though the price is ridiculous.

The needle is shipped inside the bottle
I nearly returned this needle dispenser bottle because the needle seemed to be missing when it arrived. It was inside of the bottle (I assume to protect it during shipping). I'm using the bottle to dispense cyanoacrylate (super) glue accelerator and it works very well for that. I have no idea of the antistatic properties of the bottle, but it works perfectly for my needs. This bottle is better quality than others that I've used for dispensing accelerator.

For liquid rosin, find one with a smaller gauge needle
I'm using this for liquid rosin flux for soldering. The needle supplied is too large a gauge for this application. It also seems to leak.
