PremierHousewares Oval Self Basting Roaster Enamel, Carbon, Red, 27 x 37 x 10 cm

This is a joy to use - it is light (unlike some of the chicken-dishes that weigh so much before you even put the chicken in! - and the grid at the bottom allows the fat to drain out nicely. I haven't found a chick or turkey too big to go in, and even the smaller ones are fine. Saves on using foil to cover the chicken (as I did before) so is more environmentally friendly. Also a lovely blue colour! Winner.

Mainly used for pot roasting food such as pheasants, guinea fowl etc with vegetables to date. Yet to try other foods such as whole chickens alone.Rather on the large size for just two of us but we end up with enough for two meals. Could wish for a smaller version but can't find one.

Roasted a perfect turkey, great product, would recommend to anyone.

Cooked a whole leg of lamb in this no problem! The wire rack inside keeps your meat out of the fat! Cleans well no problems!

Looks a nice Roaster but unfortunately I had to return because the height stated 10cm, but this is the height of the pan, with the lid and handle it measures at least 16cm and will not fit in my oven without removing the shelves.

This product was delivered in this condition. I’d find better quality in a supermarket. I don’t believe it is correct to use the word premium for a product with such poor attention to detail that arrives with rust!

This is a lovely roaster, a good size & easy to clean, & does a very good job.
