Bahco332-21-51 21 Inch Pointed Nose Bow Saw

Have both the 24" and 21" and great saw and blades. Got spares for both green and deadwood. A 5" in diameter, albeit Spanish Broom, was done in half the time my old one would have taken and no fatigue. Clean and uniform cut. Love the handle and maneuverability. A plus is the tensioning knob for the blade. Great and comfortable handle.

Great saw with a very sharp blade. This is my second saw that I purchased for a friend as his was dull and cut poorly and because mine cut so well.

I had to cut down my poor sickly almond tree. I purchased this bow saw to do it. It worked like a charm. The handle made it so easy to use. I did have to take a nap afterwards… probably because i am a woman in my mid seventies.

storm damage resulted in lots of damaged tree limbs. previous saw was bent and no longer provided tension for blade. estimated 4-5 strokes per inch diameter cut. used on 1/2 to 6 inch diameter limbs. fast delivery.

I received a different saw than pictured. Better than expected. Even though it comes with a dry wood peg tooth blade it cuts green wood great, up to 4" so far. I would suggest they change the picture to represent the saw I received unless this was a one time fluke. Just discovered I received this saw "Bahco Tools 332-21-51 - Bow Saw" instead of "BAHCO 331-21-51 21 Inch Pointed Nose Bow Saw". Same part number different picture. Not a problem for me because I wanted a 21" saw and preferred the blade tension adjustment. This saw cuts like a dream, has a great handle and is comfortable to use. Perfect for large branches this saw is light weight and does the job even in relatively tight spaces due to the small profile of the handle.

This saw is as good as you will find.Very comfortable and safe to use, the plastic handle/guard provides good handling and will protect your knuckles as you work. The frame is oval profile and along with the shorter front end helps you get into tighter spaces. Orange finish makes it easy to find if left in undergrowth (why have a green bow saw that will disappear if mislaid in undergrowth?).The blade works superbly on wet wood as well as dry, and I'd say it's enough for rapid work on trees/branches up to 4 or 5 inches. The blade tensioner is very well thought out and implemented - after a couple hours of cutting, all i needed to do was turn the tensioner a quarter turn to maintain cutting performance.All in all a superb saw.

Good pair of loppers for personal garden use, quick delivery, we’ll enough made. Would buy again .

I have owned this saw for just over a month now and feel I have put it through it's paces enough to write a review.I bought this saw to prepare fire wood for the house and it does'nt dissapoint. It has easily coped with logs over 9 inches in diameter and copes well with both green and seasoned wood. I now keep it in the boot of my car to deal with any windfalls I come across when on my travels.

Great saw, Light & cuts really well,good handle for price - people with very large hands will find it more comfortable - those of us with smaller hands just have to grip harder. This is more comfortable that one i had before but could be improved.What i really really like about it is that it's made in Portugal. Probably the only item i've been able to replace in maybe even years not made in China & i'm getting really fed up with that. Wonder if they make a Microwave that can last than a few months! I need to get a new standard wood saw & it will likely be a Bahco too.
