Purchased for my new koi pond filter system. Moves plenty water and gives a very nice discharge back into the pond!

The existing pumping system just wasn't doing the job. 1200 pump a little expensive, but the performance to carried water exceptional. With the combination of OASE Pump and Filter keeping the pond with ease. I should save money in the long run with less maintenance. I would recommend this product.

Easy to set up

I ordered the smaller 1900 GPH pump, which ran for only 2 weeks before simply stopping. I asked for a refund, which is still being processed. Just to be on the safe side, even though my pond is under 2,000 gallons, I ordered the 2700 GPH as a replacement even though it was more expensive. My poor husband, who already spent several hours installing and then removing the first pump, installed the new one only to discover that it doesn't function either! The motor just tries to run, but shuts down after just a moment. The original pump which powers the waterfall is plugged into the same electrical outlet and has no problems running. It is definitely a problem with the pump. We are now requesting a refund on this one, which I hope is processed without a problem. These units got such excellent reviews that I am incredibly frustrated that I got 2 defective units in a row! Now mu husband will have to install a 3rd unit, so even with a full refund, he will have spent several hours crawling around under the porch and wading in the pond installing defective pumps, only to have to repeat the whole process a 3rd time!! I haven't decided whether or not to give this company another chance or not, but I am VERY unsatisfied with the product so far.

I love this pump! My pond is 90% clearer now and my fish and plants look great!!!

I like the 2700 model because it's quiet, energy efficient, and runs smoothly for a six feet waterfall. I bought another one two years earlier and it's still humming, submerged in a 700 gallon tank for another waterfall.

It has proven to be a reliable pump

A little pricey but so far it has performed flawlessly. But a good flow rate requires at least an inch and quarter hose. I used inch and a half and am very pleased with the flow rate. Whisper quiet as well.
