LEONISIron-on Instant Hem Tape 25mm x 5m (1 inch x 5.5yd) Black [ 78026 ]

I've been using this type of hemming tape for many years. I've tried the kind like Heat n bond, but I've never liked that.This hemming tape is so simple to use and works wonderfully. Just get it damp, place it on the hem with the white side down, iron each section for about 10 seconds, and it sticks perfectly. Be sure to wait until it cools a bit before moving it, or it won't stick completely.I use it to hem my husband's uniform pants and it lasts through dry cleaning too. I also love how it doesn't get stiff at all!

The instructions are a bit hard to follow but there are some very easy to follow YouTube video that will show you have to apply it.I’ve had a whole bunch of dress pants that don’t fit perfectly because the store was out of stock for my size. Now I never have to worry about that. Simply getting the larger length and hemming it down with this tape will save money and make all of my pant fit perfect!

I've used this on my yoga pants, my husbands work denim jeans and all have been washed multiple times and the tape has not come off at all. This is definitely a quick and easy way to hem your pants or bottom of tops with no sewing involved

Didn’t like having to dip it in water and iron it. But followed instructions and it did work. It’s just messy and sticky.

This works great. I have an expensive pair of pants that were too long. My choices were to go to a tailor and have them shortened, which I always find a nuisance, or shorten them myself. I tried this product first on the cut off pieces - using a pressing cloth since the fabric is a blend. I followed the directions exactly - soaking the length of the tape in water. Then I squeezed it out lightly and applied it to the hem. Again I used the pressing cloth over the tape and held the iron, at medium setting, for 10 seconds, without moving it. I trimmed off the excessive tape, and now have a neat, invisible hem.

Difficult to iron on. Came off after one wash. Waste of money.

I loved this product! I used it to hem about 40 ft of curtains and it was so simple and easy to do. So much better than having to sew the hem by hand or sewing machine and it gives the hems a nice clean look. One thing I would suggest is cutting the length about an inch longer than you need before ironing because you do have to wet it first and it seems to shrink just a little when ironing on the hem.
