Perfect for what I needed but the wrinkles don’t come out. I put weighted blankets in it and steamed it several times. Nothing works. It’s been almost a month if not over and still the wrinkles don’t go away. Fortunately for me they are used to go inside my tables. Otherwise I would return. Not stable enough to use alone.

The basket comes in a flat package, and the cylindrical walls are simply wadded up and smashed flat. When you open it to its functional form, it looks like clothing that has been slept in for several days. They say the wrinkles will resolve with time or steam ironing. Neither solved the problem very well. I don't know how else to ship something like this, but it will not look like the picture. It looks very rustic. Like a wadded up paper bag that has been propped up and filled. It's not absolutely horrible, just not very nice looking.

I’ve had this for a few months and it’s still wrinkled and folds in places where the packaging left indents. Topples over if not careful. Got the job down for the few months that I needed but I’m in the market for different ones now.

I would give this product a 3 star review because it is not at all the way it looked in the photos, and it came very wrinkled and bent. Even after putting a support to make it straighten out it still isn’t right. It is not very sturdy and the thickness is quite very thin. If you are looking for something like what the photos describe, than this is not what you are looking for. Keep looking. I am very disappointed, but I do get lots of use out of it. I use it for a hamper, and I think that is the only thing that it would be good for. Otherwise, it just simply would not stand up on its own.

Sooooo disappointed.Really needed a hamper exactly as pictured. Read all measurements and it was perfect for the room. I cannot believe how crushed this thing is. So crushed, I can’t get the folds out. I should have read the reviews about the creases. I have nowhere to hide it either. Uuuugh!!!

Pretty good but doesn't have a set shape

Product came as described, except it’s terribly “wrinkled” and won’t straighten up, despite the tag that says to just let it sit for a day or two. It also has the most horrific smell ever (like rotten fish), and has a weird film on it. No way can I use this as is—I’m gong to try to wash it somehow and hope for the best.

Not sure if I put too many clothes in and it got too heavy but I went to pick it up and one handle broke off

This was perfect for my grand-daughter who wanted a turquoise clothes hamper. It arrived before her birthday (thank goodness) and was a bit hit. My only con was the price. Seemed a bit high for what is was. It was the only one I could find in the right colour so for me the cost was ok.
