Keep being active without pain
My husband plays in a tennis league and has to preemptively take ibuprofen because he knows his knee is going to hurt due to football injury/knee surgery in the past. This brace allows him to play without pain.

way overpriced
I have used Bauerfeind braces/sleeves for at least ten years and the prices keep going up but the product seems to be sliding in quality. I am currently alternating between a GenuTrain and a GenuTrain S. The A3 I received does not match the Bauerfein website as an A3, although it is marked as an A3. I don't know if it is a newer or older style but it has the side braces like a P3. Would return but have thrown the box away. For the most part I reccomend Bauerfeind but between a regular GenuTrain ($99) and the A3 ($199) get the cheaper one, they feel the same. If you need something more get the GenuTrain S ($209) it is well worth the money.

Torn Menicus Support
Measured leg per the chart - GenuTrain A3 is baggie/loose on the inside of my knee. After two - three steps it slides down about 4 inches, so it is no longer centered on the knee cap. I went back and remeasured to see if maybe I should have ordered a smaller size. My measurements were right in the middle of Size 4. So, for $200 I not going to experiment with the smaller size. Maybe I should have purchased the one with the adjustable straps. On the positive side it is very comfortable. Good Luck

Perfect Brace for a lot of sports
Perfect Brace for a lot of sports; I had 2 surgeries on my right knee and 1 in my left knee, I bought this brace for my left knee and works so good; I played squash, basketball and it feel so good. The only reason why I didn't put five stars is because when you run a lot or for example you play soccer and other hard sports, starts to slip down, even if the size is the correct for you as in my case.
