I have used knee braces and orthotics for 30 years. Once again my braces are not sold anymore, so I had to switch. Honestly this brace didnt look like it would help much, but it had great reviews and for many different knee troubles. I ordered 2 to have on both knees and I love these! My left knee needs replaced, grinding, popping, dislocating. My right knee has severe arthritis where its been broken twice and recently I feel causing tears in ACL and MCL and am waiting for surgery date to arrive. These work on both knees and all of the different issues. My knees feel stable, and the braces are very comfortable. I really like how easy it is to adjust, depending on my swelling I can tighten or loosen in less than a minute or so It doesnt say size but I would say they are a large/XL? If you have thinner legs this will be too big for you. I have one leg a bit smaller than the other and the brace tends to slip a little. The other leg is perfectEDIT: March 23, 2020- Just say of 4 Months, Im wearing these dialy. The velcro is almost completely broken down. I have made sure to alternate legs, wear upside down, as well as just wearing shopping to keep velcro working.That's not very long and then I'm having to buy new braces. It's too bad, these really do help decrease swelling, pain and instability.EDIT: April 2021- I've tried similar braces and keep coming back to these. On my 3rd set. The second 2 sets have lasted longer. The first set was"House only" when I got second set. I added/glued a bit of velcro on the brace where the strap goes and it's been great ever since. The braces are still holding up, I use them when I'm doing housework and yard work and keep the new ones for meetings and stuff.The warmth is helpful for stiffness, the gel ring around the knee cap is stabilizing and at a good

I feel very comfortable with this knee brace;it has made my fitness life so much better, this product is reasonably priced and the strap design isn't too invasive with range of motion. Once I strapped this thing on, my knee felt great and it kept it extremely stable throughout 30-45 minute intense workouts. This knee brace isn't leaving my gym bag anytime soon. Every so often I may have to re-adjust the straps/entire brace but that really depends on the type of workout that day. Love it

After 18 holes of golf it was still very comfortable. Have been wearing each day for last 4 daysMy terrible golf swing (over the top) caused my knee trouble. I've been struggling with the pain for about a year. This brace provides enough support so any unnecessary strain on the knee is removed.I recommended to a friend who just purchased hers.Downgraded review. After 2 months of use the velcro is not strong enough. Top strap pops open. Still very comfortable, but requires re-attaching

This brace just doesn't work for me. It slides down. I have tried numerous times to adjust it, but it still slides down. The straps also aren't very comfortable for me.My knee is about 15". Perhaps this brace doesn't work well for people on the smaller side of the size range.I returned this one and bought a Mueller Self Adjusting Knee Stabilizer brace instead. The Mueller brace works great. Next time I won't try to save a couple of dollars when buying a brace.

I tore my meniscus last year, and of all the supportive braces I've tried, this has been the most helpful, since surgery didn't make sense for my case. I can skate ski, snow shoe, road bike, and hike steep trails with its help. My PT ordered me a fancy $600 brace, but this one (for $12) works better for my particular knee challenges.

I have worn these for only a couple days, they fit most people, the velcro looks like it will hold up well, these are a little bigger than others I have had before, so a little more protection I guess, see how well they hold up over time and go from there. I use these daily so I am interested in how well they hold up.

I have been trying quite a few knee brace styles, but this works the best for walking alot at work, bending, squatting down to the floor, to work on product placement. The three velcro adjusters really do the trick, if I need to adjust for swelling. Thank you!

I have arthritis in my knees and I also have weak knees. I am always afraid I am going to fall due to my knees giving out. This knee brace gives me the support my knees need and the confidence I need in my ability to walk without fear.
