This book has great content, and ideas
This book has great content, and ideas. Big negative is that photos in the book are all black and white and several are kind of grainy, smaller and hard to see. For this price, I wish it had color photos or at least better quality black and white shots.

Alignment HELPER!
This is the guide I have needed to start my home practice. I am a university student and work. The only classes I was able to attend are HOT yoga in my area. Those antagonize my breathing and I could never finish a class. Now, I can practice at home with alignment in mind. If you are unable to get to a class and want to understand how to properly align your body then this is for you!!!

The content of the book is great, it is just poorly made and fell apart the moment I opened it
I was excited to receive this book. It is wonderfully written and I know I will use it a lot in my practice and my teaching.The problem is that the moment I opened it, all the pages fell out of the book. It is very poorly made. Amazon's customer service is awesome and has been very helpful with the problem, so all is well. But, it is *very* poorly made!

Is anyone going to point out the misinformation on Warrior I???
I just received this book and decided to flip through. I can tell you just from briefly looking through it, that I am not overly impressed. The print is poor as are the photographs. What concerns me is on page 51, Warrior 1 Pose at the Wall and the photos included. This is simply NOT Warrior I, but a CRESCENT LUNGE. In Warrior I, the back foot is planted while the entire sole is grounded. In the photo, the woman posing is clearly not exhibiting that, but of a lunge...The back heel is lifted and pressed onto the wall. I don't understand how this wrong information could have been published in such a way and no one has noticed it. Stephanie Pappas (as is states in the book has over 20 years of experience in yoga, yet can't get the basic set up for a Warrior I pose correct? Tsk, tsk.

An outstanding book!
I have never used a yoga book as often as I use this one. It contains many, many poses that really help my beginner classes get the "feel" for a pose safely. Plus, the suggestions in the book have helped me deepen my own advanced practice. Great for all levels, well-written and clearly illustrated with photographs. I recommend this book to everyone I know.

Clear and easy
This book has some very nice ideas for yoga poses. It is clear and easy to read with great photos. I would preference it in book form rather than kindle though. I would recommend this book for people interested in seeing modifications and also poses done correctly.

Easy to Use
This is a book with great ideas, lots of information, and a great outlook on yoga. I enjoy all the ideas presented in the book and the approach taken. The instructions are easy to follow at any level. Great guide for home practicers and yoga teachers!

It's like a workshop on wall inversion yoga!
Upon finishing this book I felt as if I had attended a workshop on wall inversion yoga! Not only are the step by step pictures easy to understand but Stephanie offers much advice and encouragement along the way.

Die Wand als Unterstützung - so einfach !!
Motiviert durch einen Yogaworkshop, in dem viel mit Unterstützung der Wand gearbeitet wurde, habe ich mich auf die Suche nach einem Buch gemacht, in dem ich viele Anregungen fürs unterrichten finden kann. Es ist mir gelungen! Dieses Buch ist wunderbar informativ, schön aufgebaut und offensichtlich mit viel Liebe ausgeführt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Die Wand als Helfer und Unterstützer zu verwenden wir vor allem Anfänger helfen die Funktion und Ausführung der Asanas besser zu verstehen.

Creatividad, alineación!
Considero que aporta al desarrollo de la creatividad del instructor y a que todos los alumnos que lleguen a clase puedan disfrutarla y tener información de la alineación con el apoyo de la pared y la variedad de posturas que presenta me agradan mucho!

Great accessory for Yoga instructors
I bought this book to add to my "toolbox" after taking a wall class in February. I have since used some of the postures in my regular classes to help my students delve a little deeper into their own practices as well as my own.
