I am disappointed and upset as the inclusion of almond meal is the reason I ordered the product in the first place.

Our family loves this pancake and waffle mix! It is organic, gluten free and non GMO, and these are the things we look for in products we buy. It is excellent quality with an amazing taste. We add sliced fresh blueberries and sometimes chocolate chips. Both are a yummy!

I wondered how this mix could made decent pancakes when it doesn't have any starch in it. I was right because the pancakes are like lead and awful. Starch such as tapioca or potato starch is a necessary ingredient in gluten free mixes. I will try to salvage the rest of the expensive mix by adding some starch and possibly xanthan gum. I know starches are not as healthy as grain but there must be some quality in the finished product.

thought this gluten free product just ok, lack the taste i was looking for. my kids did not like either.

My favorite - pan cook in some olive oil or cocoanut oil with sprinkled sliced raw almonds which get toasted when flipped or add bean sprouts for a nice light evening meal! Quick Shipping & Recommend quality product!

Didn't taste very good

I like the way it tastes! We are not gluten intolerant ... im diabetic but super happy it was non Gmo verified! Would have liked a simpler to read (visually) directions...my eyes aren’t what they use to be... also I was making waffles... maybe a variation for waffles... but I just added more liquid and coconut oil
