Seems to Work Better Than Others I've Tried
My gut is void of good bacteria, so I've been trying to jam them back in there as often as possible. I drink kombucha and kefir daily, and also take this probiotic once a day in the morning (on an empty stomach). I can tell when I miss a day, which is more than I can say for other probiotics I've tried. I will stick with these for now. I like how they have 30B CFU and 10 different strains.
