This is a 300 foot spool of Acculon leader wire. Acculon is made up of 7 strands of stainless steel that is then coated in a black nylon. It is intended to be used for downrigger cable or making fishing leaders. This product is 100% American Made, and it is lead free. By tightly stranding seven stainless steel wires together, the Acculon leader wire refrains from kinking while providing excellent strength. It is then coated in black FDA approved nylon to further prevent any type of rust that could accumulate after years of use.
