I love this watch most times. It tracks steps, calories, and distance well. The pulse accuracy is close but not exact. The blood pressure is way off. I’m a nurse so I check it against my own manual blood pressure cuff. I would like to wear it while sleeping but it lights up in the dark and turns on every time I move my arm so the light doesn’t let me sleep. The worst of it is the strap. It’s magnetic although it says in the description that it’s looped. It’s not looped. And the metal of the strap keeps getting caught on my clothes and has pulled the fabric on some. Also the strap keeps loosening because it catches on everything. I wish they had a better strap.

I purchased this watch about 2 weeks ago...I was so excited for it to come in!! Of course once it came in I quickly set it up and wore it right away! The watch did exactly what the details said it would do, but I thought even better!! I first purchased the stainless steel band because I thought I could dress it up or down at my job. It was PERFECT!! So I thought...After only 2 short weeks, I was talking to my co worker and noticed the metal piece that help my band together was bent funny. I picked it up to put it in the correct spot on the band, but when I did that the magnet came out of the holder. I tried to fix it and put it back, but there was a rubber seal that went around it and couldn't get it back on. The metal piece kept coming a part and couldn't get it out. I was so upset!!The watch is absolutely beautiful and so sad I am not able to have it any longer!After that I decided to return it and order another one, but not a magnet band this time. I ordered the peach band. Once it came in I immediately went to set up the watch again on my phone through the app. I was able to connect my phone to the band, but not to the app. I turned off the watch & phone several times, tried to reconnect it, deleted the app, reinstalled it....all of these things probably 5 times if not more! I contacted Amazon help, to try to walk me through to see what I was doing wrong or if maybe there was a problem with the app itself.The guy from Amazon told me to do the exact same things I had already done....so basically zero help. Then he asked me what version my android was, finally found it and realized it was a 9. He told me that it only connects with version 5.1. However, I had the stainless steel watch previous which worked perfectly just a few days ago, but for some reason it wouldn't work on this watch PLUS my husband has the exact same phone as me and has this watch in black....he said he wasn't able to help me. He tried to contact the manufacture and was unable to do so...I emailed the company with Da Fit, but nothing...I am so upset that it is not working because I love the watch so much!!Please check the version of phone...apparently it matters on certain bands, idk...The stainless steel was gorgeous, BUT be careful with the magnet...it messed up and came out of the holder, PLUS it stuck to EVERY SINGLE THING metal!!! Duh, I know it is a magnet, but I mean EVERYTHING!!

After reading so many positive reviews for this tracker, I decided to take a chance and order this. Unfortunately, I am disappointed. The accuracy of this tracker is poor. The heart rate accuracy is hit or miss. Blood pressure readings are way off and I ended up having steps while laying in bed, not moving. And you can't depend on the weather. It as always 10-15 degrees lower than the actual temp. I also liked the idea of the metal band; however changed my mind once I started to use it. The magnet did not always hold and I found myself needing to readjust the strap in order to keep it in the right place and tight enough to get a semi-accurate reading for my heart rate. And then if I was near anything that was metal, the band would catch on it, making it frustrating.I so wanted to like it, but I just can't. I will be returning this.

Looks just like at apple watch. No one in my family knew it was not by just looking at it :) see pic, can you? as a fitness tracker, I thinks it works well for steps and it gives me a summary at the end of the day of what I did vs. my goal and also for the past few days. I love the messages feature because I am always away from my phone and I miss messages. I cannot write anything on the phone but I can read the messages and that is enough for me. It has a training mode that I have not explored (running, walking, jumping, biking, basketball, etc) but I hope to use in the next week's for running and biking. I find the brightness very bright at night and I wish it could automatically dim at a certain time like my cell so it wouldn't bother me when sleeping. There may be a feature for it and I just haven't found it. The app was easy to find and use. The battery seems ok. It lasted me about 3 days from 80% and on the last day my son took ownership of it and the screen was on the whole day. The screen is not a true touch screen. Touching the screen won't do anything but there is a botton on the bottom of the screen and that is what you press to select (long press) and slide to next screen. My biggest complain is I cannot customize my home screen with a pic. I was only given three options and adding my own image was not one :( Overall, I am really happy with it. It shakes when I've been idle for too long and the visual graphs for walking are motivating. Need to explore on what else can do and I will update. ...also the band is excellent. The magnetic part is very strong and I don't have to readjust it.

I've had this fitness tracker for 3 months now. Once I started using this one my daily steps suddenly jumped.I take it off at night, set it on the counter and it will say I have 50-100 steps the next morning, after it reset to zero at midnight and it sat on the counter!It has just now started to lag. Twice in a week now the time has suddenly fallen behind by half an hour or more. I can reset it and then it's fine but still inconvenient.
