They seem well made, display is easy to read, case is nice enough, extra battery is a plus too!! Overall these are great calipers for my purposes. I'm not sure how great the accuracy is on them but for my needs, which is really limited to tenths, or maybe hundredths of a mm for 3D print modeling, they're perfect. The design is clean, they've got good weight, the little scroll wheel thing has nice feel, and the display is easy to read, even in bright sunlight... but let's be honest, most of us will be using these in our basement so they're great for that!! ;)

Ok, I have a high end millwork shop and we often have to make mock-ups for the architects. They always supply mock-up drawings that have precise dimensions to the 64th inch. So I know they are calibrating the mock-ups. All of the calipers that I have had always show different numbers when we calibrate stock. Even if it’s a piece of plastic that we know is spot on. So when I searched for a accurate caliper I read the reviews and decided to get this one. As soon as I got it out of the box the 1st thing I noticed was the weight of this caliper. It is surprising solid and heavy in my hand. I could tell right away that the quality was top notch. So then I put it to the test on cardboard that the spare battery was packed in. Yes a spare battery came with this unit a very nice touch and unexpected. It calibrated the same at every area along the edge .028”. I was and still are very impressed with this product it is by far the best caliper I have ever used. I am buying five more so ever guy in my shop can have one and when they get here I will be throwing away all the others laying around my shop. Half of the stoped working anyway. This is a great buy when precision is key factor in what you are producing.

Good value! Easy to use, digital and analog measurements in both SAE and metric with a push of a button. Has a zeroing button as well. Comes with an extra battery and nice plastic case. I don’t think SpaceX uses them, but it works fine for me.

Initial Reaction: Just received this item and I'm pleasantly surprised. The rule body is heavy gauge stainless so shouldn't bend or flex AND the body of the digital display is stainless steel as well (wasn't expecting this)! This does give the caliper a very solid and heavy feel as other reviewers have mentioned. I also purchased this particular caliper because it appeared from pictures that it could be used without the display for simple, non-precise measurements (in case the battery or chip dies). I can confirm it does allow simple measurement without the digital display. The measurements on the rule are a printed metallic sticker, which isn't ideal but should be fine for the life of this tool. The fine adjustment wheel is also stainless and appears fairly well made (very minor play and slippage but very usable). The display readout is small and doesn't do fractions, which I knew when purchasing it, but I'm still very happy. Will post an update after some use. The only real negatives I've noticed so far are overall fit & finish; The caliper tips don't come to a precise point, there's a tiny wobble in the larger caliper arms, there are some burrs on the machining and the conversion sticker on the back is placed a bit off so I had to trim excess (no biggie). I also wish the case had some foam backing to keep the caliper from banging about... but again I can fix this myself.

I've owned a Mitutoyo dial vernier caliper for about 45 years. I've taken good care of it--using it nearly every day during that time. While not as accurate as a micrometer, it was close, and always good enough for my needs.After buying this Kraftler digital vernier caliper I compared it to my classic Mitutoyo using a set of 1-2-3 blocks. If anything the Kraftler is even more accurate than my old Mitutoyo. And I paid less for it than I did 45 years ago for the Mitutoyo. Considering inflation, this was a fantastic bargain. And I'm really hooked already on the ease of the digital readout for conversion between inch and metric. I'll be using it every day now instead.

I have only used this electronic, digital caliper a couple of times since receiving it, and I don't expect to be using it very often in my workshop. Having said that, I was favorably impressed with the manufacturing quality of the unit and the ease with which the display could be read with the measurement. I think that for the price, it is an excellent product. As long as I don't have the battery problems that I had with my previous digital caliper, (a different brand) I expect to be happy with it for many years.

From first picking up these calipers you can feel the overall build quality. Going from using manual calipers to using this was a huge upgrade. The accuracy of this device is astounding. I use these calipers for verifying 3D prints and their dimensions. I've had these for a few months so far and I'm impressed. They've held up nicely and continue to provide accurate readings. The slides for this caliper are amazingly smooth to actuate.

I have owned many calipers over the years, and this one is the overall best one I have owned. The price of it has also made it well worth the purchase. Well designed and built. A good case helps to top it off.

These calipers are great build quality, accurate, and really simple to use. I can't remember how many times I've had to use them over the last few months of DIY jobs, but they are really handy and often much better than fiddling with a measuring tape or ruler. Being able to measure the inside of a hole, and the depth, sometimes is really useful and these make it really simple to do.

Ich kann mich den anderen positiven Bewertungen nur anschliessen.Der Messschieber liegt gut in der Hand, Ersatzbatterie sowie Schraubendreher liegen bei.Messungen an gleichen Stellen geben immer den gleichen Wert aus, nach einer Nullung zeigt der Messschieber auch wirklich immer 0 an und keine Kommawerte. Einige bemängeln das "lose" Stellrad, allerdings hatte ich noch nie einen Messschieber wo dies nicht der Fall war.Der Messchieber befindet sich einer normalen roten Plastikbox, die auch wiederum einen stabilen Eindruck macht, nicht wie bei manch anderen Herstellern wo nach mehrmaligem Öffnen und Schliessen der Plastikfalz reisst.Da in dieser Preisklasse eine solche Qualität sehr selten ist, gibt es von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Ich muss zugeben, dass der Preis mich anfangs an der Qualität und Wertigkeit hat zweifeln lassen.Aber nach dem Auspacken des Messchiebers verflogen meine Zweifel. Für den Heimgebrauch in Hinsicht auf Verarbeitung/Qualität, Genauigkeit absolut ausreichend und zu empfehlen.Es werden nebem dem Messchieber zusätzlich zwei Batterien, ein Schraubendreher, sowie eine mehrsprachige Bedienungsanleitung mitgeliefert.In meinen Tests konnte ich keinerlei Abweichungen bei der Messung feststellen (Außer in einem Fall, dort betrug die Abweichung 0,01mm - für den Privatgebrauch vollkommend okay!).Mein einziger Kritikpunkt (das ist aber wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau): Die Laufrolle auf der Unterseite hat ein bisschen viel Spiel, was die Nutzung aber in keiner Weise einschränkt.

Very nice good bit of weight to it and very easy to use.Feels well made not put it to full use yet but from testing will be perfect for what i need it for lots of uses from wood turning to marking lines
