Body Glove Women's Standard Smoothies Sleek Solid Long Sleeve Rashguard with UPF 50+

I read every single persons review on these body glove rash guards. Many people said it was hard for their head to fit through. I don’t know if they know this, but you are supposed to wear a rash guard smaller than normal. I am a lifeguard in the ocean, and I’m pretty familiar with these. Nevertheless, I got a small and a medium just to test them out because many people said you should size up… all of my shirts I usually wear women’s medium… And I even prefer men’s medium T-shirts as opposed to men’s small. I’ve got muscles and prefer things more loose fitting than skin tight… However, when it comes to my rash guard, I always wear small. And it is usually pretty tight… I bought a small and a medium. I will post both pictures. The small is tighter, but not as tight as some of my small rash guards. The medium is roomy definitely something comfortable I could wear out for casual, cute shirt or even in the water… But I will definitely grab my small one if I’m going to be doing any boarding. Because you don’t want that drag in the water. I believe that most people buying this item are just looking for a casual shirt to go to the beach or go on a boat… That being said, I think most people prefer to be able to breathe. Even in a small, I can breathe. It’s not skin tight whatsoever.I am 5’4”. 150 pounds. Picture on the left is the small picture on the right is a medium.

Heading to the beach and I alway like to wear a sun protective shirt. I picked this on whim and hope it works out (will update after my beach visit). This is a fitted shirt but not sausage casing tight. I like the feel and look and if I works at protecting against the sun then that's all that I really care about.

This shirt looks good. It is a nice thickness and easy to layer over a bathing suit. It provides great protection from the sun. It did not ride up while in the water protecting my back while swimming.

This Rashguard is well made. Body Glove is a brand that’s been in the market for decades, and it did not disappoint.I’m 5’6” tall, 129lbs, 32DD (37in) bust. I usually wear size medium on tops, and decided to get size medium for this shirt. It fits me a bit snug, but on the comfortable side, and I like it. I would recommend sizing up, if you want it a bit loose. The fabric is stretchy, as you would expect for a Rashguard shirt.I’ll be trying the UPF protection under the blazing sun of equatorial Brazil. I’ll update the review once I have tried this under the sun.So far, I’m very happy with the purchase, and would definitely recommend it!

I’d say your usual size would be slightly snug, it’s supposed to fit that way & it’s still very comfortable that way but just size up if you want it to be a baggier shirt

This Body Glove is for sun protection -- I am wearing it over my swimsuit for a bit of warmth in the cool pool. It works, and I am more comfortable swimming. It is not perfect for this use (the sleeve cuffs flutter a bit rather than holding fast, and I tuck the bottom under the bottom of my swimsuit so that it does not float up), but it serves the purpose well, and it is a good value.

I ordered a medium which as too big but I didn't believe I liked it enough to exchange for the smaller size

I am a leisure scuba diver, and wear rashguards to make getting my wetsuit on easier. I really liked this one when I tried it on, it looked really attractive and well made. I have two others from lands end & tommy bahama that look brand new after 5 years of use. This one is destroyed after a single day of very low impact use. Everything snagged this - velcro, zippers, my dive watch. The sleeves look like they've gone through a meat grinder. With the exact same equipment over top the other ones are totally fine. I hate this, and wish I had bought it closer to my trip so that I could get a refund. Super unimpressed and will be avoiding body glove products from now on.

Playera muy útil, la use en un viaje a chetumal y me protegió bastante del sol. La pedi una talla más grande porque no me gusta pegada y me quedo muy bien.
