Great for international travel
I love these underwear for international travel. I pack very light. These are easily washable and are dry by the next morning. They are also very comfortable.

Comfortable and cool
These underwear are so great, especially for outdoor activities. I sweat a lot and these are super breathable and do not stick. When hiking I will wash these in a sink or creek. The dry very fast. They have moved to the every day wear drawer.TMI, I have some that are about 3 years old. I machine wash and dry them 90% of the time and they are in perfect condition.

I really wasn't sure.
They are expensive. And, generally, I prefer grannies. But, these... fit much better than anticipated. I... like them, the cut, the feel, the look. As well, I bought them for practical purposes.Sometimes, travel can be harsh, long, with no preferred breaks. These... carry me through difficult stretches comfortably and feeling clean. Have to do my part, and I do. But these make my part easier. Two pair can get me from anywhere to anywhere, with a bathroom... or even just running water... and a place to dry one pair... daily if possibly, but every other day... sometimes worse... is doable.I did not waste my money. Though, too, I now go with three pair, sometimes four, just... for state of mind more than need. Luxury comes, sometimes, in very small packages.

Excellent for sweaty bums!
Absolutely excellent. These live up to their description: they're fast drying, extremely comfortable, and very resilient. The material feels a bit different from cotton, but it's not synthetic like microfiber. It's light and thin. I hand-wash my underwear frequently, and these are usually completely dry within a few hours. I accidentally stained them during that time of the month, and the stains washed out completely.I actually bought these because I have issues with sweat "down there." It's gross, yes. My underwear is usually quite wet at the end of the day. There have been days when I packed spare undies and had to change. These panties completely changed that! They last all day, and longer. They absorb moisture quickly, and dry easily, even when I wear leggings or tight jeans. I'm super excited that I no longer have to pack spares and deal with that awful wet-underwear feeling all day.As for sizing: I am 5'1'' and 140 lbs with a pretty large behind. I chose the Large. It's a bit too big, but I appreciate the lack of panty lines when I wear tight pants. The company website sometimes has these for cheaper, depending on the color.

Good... BUT
I own 8 pairs of ExOfficio bikini briefs. I purchased the first pair based on another review that praised the wicking properties of the fabric. I'm an avid hiker, and a garment's wicking properties are crucial to one's comfort during and after 8 to 10 hours of solid physical effort. These briefs perform amazingly well. You can travel with two pair, wash one by hand and wear the other, they dry in an hour. I tried this when camping at 8,000 feet on a cool and cloudy day, and I was impressed with how quickly they dried. A few points to consider:1. Size and style - I first purchased the boy shorts. Not good. The legs don't stay put, the fabric bunches up. The bikini brief is really a mid-rise bikini, not too low and not too high. Very comfortable, and no panty line. As for size, I'm 5'6" and weight 118 lbs, on the slender side. I purchased two pairs size Medium, and regretted it - see below. The rest I've purchased are size Large.2. If you dry these bikini briefs in the dryer, even on LOW, the elastic SHRINKS and they won't fit. I was so disappointed, especially after spending $15 per pair. I've sized up to Large, wash them in the washer using a lingerie bag and cold water, and HANG them to dry. They fit fine.3. On two pair the stitching on the elastic is fraying, and they've been washed approximately 10 times (lingerie bag, etc.) I think ExOfficio got it right with the fabric, but the quality of the elastic (shrinking) and the construction of the garment (frayed stitching) need to improve to justify the price.

The standard for technical underwear
Super lightweight, fastest drying, super comfortable for outdoor activities like backpacking. There's a reason these aren't cheap -- nothing else compares. I haven't had mine long enough to say how they hold up over time. Not sure why people complain about the tag. Yes, it's big, but you can get rid of it by cutting off two tiny threads. Done. It's not worth mentioning or stressing about.

110% endorsement!! 7 years and still going!!
Im not kidding, Ive been (washing and) wearing these underwear for at least seven years, and they just don't quit. Like all of womens fasion, I have yet to find items that are both fashionable and functional when it really matters. Exhibit A: functional underwear. Not sexy, not flattering, and they do nothing to help shape my contours, especially the bum. Kinda bummed about that, but refer back to function vs fashion. Can see panty lines in jeans, but again, refer back to Exhibit A. But oh so comfortable with any article of clothing. They don't wedge, bind, roll, or ever wear out far as I can tell. The rise is just right, not to tall or low. Quick dry is awesome for travel. I have enjoyed every activity in these underwear, and they have been comfortable whether it is long travel days, hikes, runs, work outs, yoga, sitting at my desk. Just bought 7 more for an upcoming vacation. Unlike other reviews, my Exofficios fit as expected (I am a size small), do not leave marks on my legs, the elastic has never worn out, the fabric does not pill. I have ordered them on 3 occasions, and the quality has been consistent in each batch.

Not for winter cold - Great for heat & humidity
Wanted these to wick moisture at 15 below in Alaska. They did wick moisture, but they stayed cold. Oops! Burrrr! A cold backside does not make for a fun day of back country property shopping. They were perfect for Shreveport in July under linen pants, however. Stayed dry, cool as I could be, and comfy all day. I washed them in the hotel sink and they were dry by morning.

Knock off
The media could not be loaded. Not the same as the ones I bought in the store. They fit smaller. Elastic waist band is different. Baige one are real, blue ones from Amazon. Slightly different material as well.
