I drink every morning before my morning walk and add to breakfast smoothie and a bit more at nights. I am off proton pump inhibitors and tums.So I get two benefits .... Soothes my stomach like nothing else and prevents achiness after exercise. I notice the difference when I don't use it.I will definitely ensure I keep a container of this in my cupboard even though my symptoms have improved. Now one of my staple products....that, l glutamine akg, probiotics and magnesium!!!!

A few months after getting COVID - I started having random nausea and vomiting. My doctor prescribed GlutAloeMine (which tasted horrible, but seemed to sooth my stomach). Once I finished that box, I went looking for lower cost alternatives, and this fit the bill.I drink it first thing in the morning, and go about my day as normal - this one doesn't even taste bad.It definitely helps me - I forgot to take it for 2 days and I was vomiting again. It's a great product.

I have purchased this product a few times and I will continue to. It has helped my gut so much, it's flavorless so perfect to add to any drink. It dissolves quickly with is great.

I am using this to heal my gut lining. I could tell the difference the first day. There is little taste and can be put in coffee but I prefer to use on an empty stomach. Eniva L-Glutamine is a good value for the money. Eniva products are always wonderful!!

I've used many L-Glutamine powders and I believe this one is the best, first I love how easily it mixes with a cold liquid and is almost tasteless, 2nd I have histamine intolerance and I'm finally climbing out of a dark hole of reactions and getting better, I've read many studies where L-Glutamine helps heal the gut lining in leaky gut- helping to seal up the junctions - this along with clean organic liw histamine eating, a histamine free probiotic, colostrum powder, vitamins c, b complex and minerals - including copper, zinc and magnesium have FINALLY made a difference in my healing and this superior L-Glutamine is a key part of this, it's the first to require refrigeration so wonder if this makes it work better, at any rate if you have leaky gut you need this one!

I experienced a severe hive like disorder call prurigo nodularis, similar in appearance to hives but hard nodules form on the skin and the pain and itching is extremely severe (it's absolute misery on top of agony). After doing lots of research online I came across information that leaky gut syndrome was a likely cause and it said that taking l-glutamine in powder form could repair the "holes" in leaky gut. I chose this brand and starting taking it twice a day. Over time I slowly got improvement (took at least 6 to 8 weeks but I had a pretty severe case). This particular malady is not common but if you suffer from it you are absolutely miserable. I'm so glad to have found this as any kind of painful, chronic skin disorder like psoriasis or severe eczema is not a really a skin problem per se but has a deeper underlying cause.

I mix with water, no taste. Easy, breezy. I bought for constipation. Works great! Have less fatigue and more mental and physical bounce back, too. This is a staple in my home now.

I'm optimistic. Looks good. I bought it for massive stomach issues. Very good product. 11/19/2019.Update: 1/28/20. the inner seal is not consistent. I will have to return this order. Also Im forced to deduct a star. Now this is a 3 star product. If the seal is not tight, product becomes not worth it. As I told Amazon, NO SEAL NO DEAL.
