Nantucket Bike Basket CoSurfside Wire Pannier Basket

I can't even express how much I love these baskets (I got two, one for each side of my back rack.) The quality is amazing! The wires are much thicker than you'd think, and seem to have several coats of paint on them. I am now doing all my grocery shopping on my bike, and these are perfect! You'd be amazed how much they can hold. I bring them into the store and just load the groceries straight into them, the place on my bike rack. I get home and just lift the handles and bring them upstairs to my apartment. So easy! VERY happy with my purchase!

I ordered 2 of these baskets to go on a Huffy beach cruiser someone gave me ( so lucky - right?). Now I can fulfill my dream of biking to the market to do my shopping. I looked at a lot of basket options before deciding on these and what I love best is the ability to hang them on my back rack and then quickly pick them up by the handle, put them in my shopping cart, load them at the register and put them easily back on the bike. I put a cloth bag in each so small items don't fall out. I can recommend them highly - they are so cute and so useful - and they come in a few different colors! Really pleased with them.

Perfect sized basket, looks really cute and is extremely functional. I put in on my bike for quick trips to the store and it holds about one standard reusable grocery bag's worth of groceries. It's been a great habit to go to the store for 1-2 days worth of fresh produce/seafood etc. Just lift it off the rack and take into the store so you wont buy more than you can carry. A++++

We bought a couple of these to use for small grocery shopping runs on our bikes. We use them in conjunction with our IBERA Bike Racks:  Ibera Bike Rack - Bicycle Touring Carrier Plus+ for Non-Disc Brake Mount, Frame-Mounted for Heavier Top & Side Loads, Height Adjustable for 26"-29" Frames  The hooks securely attach to the sides of the rack and even if you hit a bump or two, the hooks are sufficiently long and secure that you won't be losing your groceries/stuff. It's also super-convenient to be able to lift these pretty light weight baskets off the bike and take them with you to use as your shopping baskets as you do your shopping. The handle folds flush with the side of the basket when not in use.

I ride a recumbent tadpole trike. This fit on my rear rack perfectly. It doubles as a shopping basket so I don’t need bags and fits a good amount of stuff in it. I’m probably going to get another one for the other side.

Sturdy and great quality? Large enough to to go grocery shopping. Had to return because would not fit between rack and electric battery.

These baskets are the greatest. I bought two white to match my bike and use them going grocery shopping. They do hold a lot and with a net is perfect. I get a lot of compliments on them because they look so good on the bike. When I go to the market I can lift them off easy by the handle and put in the grocery basket.

Ordered first pair of baskets. Both had damage to the outer grey plastic coating, resulting in bare metal and rust upon receiving. Amazon gracefully sent a replacement for both baskets. Both baskets of the replacement baskets also have cuts and damage to the outer coating of baskets in multiple places, resulting in bare metal and already rusting baskets. Very, very disappointed. I've purchased several Nantucket Bike Basket products in the past that were good products. This--arriving with damage and rust to TWO baskets TWO times--is very disappointing. As described, hooks right onto pannier rack nice and secure while riding. Easy to pull it right off to go shopping with it, wire basket has pretty big gaps, ex carrots will fall through the bottom, so you sometimes need to put a bag in it as well if you have small things. For reference the basket easily holds an adult helmet. High quality wire doesn't bend or flex, premium finish.

Works perfectly, installs easily and looks great.

I initially bought one, but when it arrived, I knew I needed a second. Really well made and looks awesome on my bike!

I bought two of these - one for each side of my pannier. They're so helpful! I've been biking to the grocery store and once I get there, I take the baskets off and use them while I shop. That way I know exactly how much I can bike back home with!They've also been a great replacement for a backpack, which makes me too hot while I ride. I can just toss a tote bag in the basket and go!
