I like that I can take these multiple times a day. They help with back pain.

Got this to add to my 17-year-old cat's wet food. The capsules pull apart easily, I just dump one into half a can of wet food and he happily devours it. I have noticed less popping in his hips when he jumps on and off the couch, and he has a bit more spring in his step. Wish I had thought to do this a couple years ago.

Before taking MSM I would get a slight knee pain when I ran which would go away if I stopped running and walked instead. After taking MSM for about a month, one capsule per day, I have been able to run with no pain or discomfort. Of course the prior discomfort may have just gone away for some other reason but I believe the credit should go to MSM. I can not confirm any other benefit but I plan to keep taking MSM..

I give one of these 500mg capsules to my scottish terrier, Dan. He has back pain and moves around much more when taking this. Yea for MSM!!!

It’s best to combine MSM with Vitamin C for best results. FYI

Product worked very well and we both noticed a difference. However it made both of our stomachs upset. If it weren't for that side effect we would still be taking.
