Atlantis in Wisconsin: New Revelations About Lost Sunken City

Don't be put off by the title!
I didn't buy this for years because the title makes it sound like schlock! It isn't! It's a well developed argument for early Michigan copper mining being responsible for the bronze age in Europe. It talks about stops along the way (in Wisconsin) and the possibility of a (now "disappeared") land mass that allowed it to happen. Good bibliography and some interesting scholarship. If you're interested in the subject it is well worth a read!

Worth Reading!
I had to visit Aztalan, Wisconsin after reading this book. Great overview of forgotten history regarding ancient copper trade of ancestors. Well written and easy to understand for everyone!

How tall is the headless giant?
Great book I will never see Southern Wisconsin the same. Next time I see a megalithic stone formation while out hiking, I've got to wonder how it really got there.
