Sterling Silver 4mm Simulated Round Black Onyx Stud Earrings

While the earrings are pretty, sometimes it's hard to take the back piece off. Currently, I am unable to remove the left earring and question myself, "Why did I put these in again?" Another thing I should mention is after leaving them in for a day, there is a light shading of grey stuff on my ear where the earring was...the front part. I'm not sure why seeing how the only part touching my ear is sterling silver (at least I'd hope so). Not only that, but the first 5 days I wore these, my ears were a little infected. I had to stop wearing them and put my other earrings back in until they healed. Mind you, my other earrings are sterling silver, so it makes me wonder why my ears would react to the ones I purchased. This is just my experience with them. I've only had them for 12 days and so far I find them annoying. Those with sensitive ears, stay away!

These were bigger than I expected, about the size of large peas, which was a nice surprise. They are extremely well made, and the onyx is polished brilliantly. I wear them often!

they are nice, but much smaller than expected. i couldn't recognize 4mm in my head, though i never expected them to be microscopic.
