NINJA OP401 Foodi XL TenderCrisp Pressure Multi Cooker 8 quart Black/Gray (Renewed)

This is my favorite non-standard appliance. It is a monster of a machine and has to sit on my canning shelves because its too big for my countertops! We have a family of 6 and I have enough room to cook a full meal in the 8qt pot. The pot itself is easy to clean, as is the outside and the pressure lid. I didnt give it 5 stars though because the tendercrisp top has a fan in it and that has proven a bit tricky to clean when food splatters up. I know this is unavoidable because of the type of cooking it's used for, but I'm hoping in the future Ninja decides to make that lid detachable as well. It does take a little getting used to, I did have a couple of pots of pasta I had to toss, but between the nice cookbook that came with it and one that I picked up when I ordered, I was able to adapt recipes pretty easily.

This is the one and only air fryer I have ever owned. I looked at tons of other models, read reviews etc. I am absolutely in love with this one. It's super easy to use, clean and the results of the food are phenomenal. You won't want to go back to the oven. I later found out my sister has the same one and she loves hers as well. I know the price is an investment but coming from a person who makes sure to make wise purchases, this is well worth the investment. I also love the pressure cooker. It's super easy and my broccoli came out perfect.

I absolutely love this Foodi. I hadn't even thought of buying something like this, but a female coworker was telling me how she loved fixing things in her instant pot. So... I started looking for instant pot pressure cookers and came across this. I have had an air fryer in the past and loved it, although it wasn't anywhere near as nice as the Foodi. The versatility of this thing is amazing. I've pressure cooked food, air fried it, baked it, seared it... you name it, I've tried it. I use this thing just about every day. Stuff that usually takes 30-45 minutes in a stove oven takes about 10-15 minutes in the Foodi. I work from home and have a short lunch period so time is of the essence. Having the Foofi is a Godsend for sure. I'll cook things like burritos in the microwave for a couple of minutes, then stick it in the Foodi and put it on Air Fry to crisp it up a bit. Also, if you warm up things like pizza in the microwave they turn out soggy. Instead, I heat them up in the Foodi and they come out just as you first baked them. It's wonderful. I would highly recommend this product, and especially recommend it for people who don't have a lot of time to cook. I am more than pleased with this purchase.

It’s a bit taller than I imagined, but I feel like I can do anything with it!Was easy to learn but no I will admit I did go to YouTube and watched a few videos just to be 100% sure because I did t want to ruin it.I have recommended this to people already!My only warning is NOT to store the extra lid on the stable lid—-it did scratch it—but that’s me being fussy as it doesn’t affect any of the uses!What a joy it was to air-fry THICK chicken breasts last night without messing my kitchen!

I can’t say if this was all that because I didn’t use it but it didn’t come with a recipe book which was awesome and steps on how to use the machine to make the recipes. It seemed like a great quality nice appliance. It’s a big appliance, like a whole side of a counter big, storing this would be a nightmare. And I cleaned it once or twice and it was easy to clean.

Just realized I have never written a review for our Ninja Foodi and we've had it almost 2 years now.I love this appliance. It replaced a pressure cooker, a air fryer, and a slow cooker. It gets used at least once a week; in fact, I am air frying some sausage for breakfast right now.Just one question - why 390? The air fryer can go as high as 400 degrees, but the Foodi defaults to 390. Are there air fryer recipes out there that specify 390? is 390 the magic number for perfect air frying, because 400 burns the food?

So my coworker kept hounding me about getting an air fryer. I wanted a pressure cooker also. This was the best of both worlds. Smaller than other dedicated air fryers but still enough for multiple servings. The pressure cooker works amazing as well. Super easy to set and cooks chicken perfectly to shred.If your looking for a kitchen tool that fills the spot of multiple devices this is it.
