Bought for my daughter as a birthday gift and she loved it!! It is very durable, and I love the script. Love that the straw is the same color as the cup. Really accentuates the design! Considering buying more in other colors.

Exactly what we wanted!

Actually VERY High Quality
I went with this option because I liked the engraving options, my wife does not have one of those names you'll find pre-printed in a gift shop so customized stuff is rare for her. Not only was engraving and font perfect but the tumblr it's self is FANTASTIC. Thick, sturdy, basically mostly steel, and it holds it's temperature. I was just hoping the engraving would look nice but she got an awesome custom mug for relatively cheap.

Lid falls off easily and has only been a month
Cup looks great and engraving is done nicely. But after a month the lid falls off very easily. Gasket is still on but wont grip the cup.
