We have been ordering this product for just over 2 years now and it's awesome. I am type1 diabetic and this keeps my blood glucose level under control and does not give a spike. Roti's always come out super soft as well.

My only qualm was that the bag was a touch damaged upon delivery, though the flour was easily saved!The texture of the the bread we made to sample it was pretty good, and holds little of the odd tastes from coconut or almond flour-it'll keep my mother happy for awhile! Would buy again, once I have the money. I recommend it whole-heartedly.
