It arrived unpackaged in a ziplock loc bag with no box . The bag doesnt have a logo name or anything on or in the box. I think it was a return because the actual vibrator was dented up and the batteries were in upside down. The plastic smell is so strong and it smells like burnt plastic. So I wasted my money.
