The maker of this decoration did a great job. It’s heavy and sturdy sinks well does not float. My Pleco’s and catfish love hanging out inside of it.

Super realistic. Looks great in the tank. But it arrived with a large chip in it. Really not worth the hassle of returning it; it blends so well with my driftwood.

This little hide away is great. Cories love to go chill out inside during the day as do my snails. It's fairly decent sized, but the small end holes definitely are a little to small for medium/large fish. My rainbow fish are a little to large for this, but bandit cories/dwarf gouramis/snails/BN Pleco seem to enjoy going in and out of it. The quality is excellent, especially since it's hard to find caves/hide aways that are made of something a little more quality then the normal resin stuff that always gets gross after a while. This thing seems to hold up much better than normal decor being ceramic like it is, plus it looks pretty realistic as well.

I was looking for a large attraction for my tank. This is smaller than I thought I was getting. Quality is great and it looks great in my tank. But I wish it was larger

My little pleco grew and grew, so I shifted “Dyson” into a bigger tank. He needed a bigger hiding place. The ceramic log is perfect. He’s all snuggled inside. Not made in China either.

My cichlids like it. Yellow lab has already claimed it as home. They will eventually outgrow this as the holes are not big enough for full grown cichlids. For now the fishys approve. No sharp edges, came packed well. Remember to rinse before using. (It was not very dusty though)

It was my understanding this was a high fired glazed ceramic item. Instead what I received was painted, smelled of fresh paint, so much so that I put it outside. Not what I was expecting. It was, however the least rough of the five Plecoceramics I ordered at the same time as this one. If not for the paint, I would have kept it. The design is very nice. All five of the order were a disappointment, especially since the designs are wonderful, but not useable/unsafe due to rough and sharp edges/openings. I don't know if the others were painted or just glazed. If they were glazed, the glaze was very matt, not smooth or shiny like some ceramic. Cannot speak about durability as they will all be returned. Four stars for design, one star because of the paint. The search goes on.
