Thanks to Dan Reiland for his wisdom and direction for leaders to learn to equip new leaders. Great practical advice that is easily understood and step-by-step. The incremental steps he presents are powerful and will empower those who put the steps in practice to cultivate productive leaders. A must read for all leaders.
