I learned a lot from this book.Bill illustrates, through his experience as a real estate agent, the clear connection between the scriptures in the Bible and how they apply to our modern day lives and our efforts at making a living.One thing that really struck me is how God can use us in his efforts to bless someone’s life. For example, if a person that you know has been praying about needing money, God may answer their pray and provide for their needs by placing a situation in your life that results in both them and you being blessed with money. Here’s a story from the book only summarized……One season, Bill had so many real estate listings that he didn’t want any more listings until his current listings were sold. Bill got a call from someone that wanted to sell their condo. The person insisted that Bill was the only agent they wanted. So Bill decided he would only take the listing if he could get a friend to help with the marketing. Bill called a friend named Ike, who was a licensed real estate agent but wasn’t working at the time, so he could finish a Bible College program. Bill told Ike he would give him half the commission if he would find a buyer for the property and Ike eagerly agreed.Bill went to the listing appointment and had the owner sign the listing agreement. As Bill was walking outside with the signed agreement in hand, a car drove up and a man asked Bill if he was a Realtor. Bill said yes and the man asked if there were any homes for sale in the neighborhood. So Bill ended up selling the newly listed condo that very night. This pleasant surprise left Bill without a need for Ike to do any marketing or find any buyers for the property. Bill said he felt strongly inside to pay Ike the money anyway. Bill went on to say, “I realized, as I believe the Lord impressed upon me that the reason the buyer came along so quickly was because Ike and his wife, Roxanne had been praying for God to supply their need for money. God blessed me with a quick sale for their sake. If I would have looked at it the way most would normally, I wouldn’t have given Ike the money, and I would have failed God’s test. The test was to see if I would keep my word and pay Ike half the commission. God blessed me with a quick sale, and if Ike wouldn’t have agreed to help me, I wouldn’t have even gone to the listing appointment so there wouldn’t have been a half of a commission for me to enjoy.”If we operate our business matters with integrity and not get greedy, God will bless us and all those that are involved in our business matters. One of the keys to success is to recognize when God is testing us or when the enemy is trying to steal from us. The tests from God are always to see what is in our hearts. Is there greed, or is there generosity in our hearts? If the enemy is trying to steal from us, just hand over the money (show generosity) and God will make it right by blessing us in a future business transaction with even more money than what you “handed over” to the enemy.Another lesson; avoid strife and you will be blessed in your life and business matters. The dictionary says the definition of strife is: bitter conflict, discord, disagreement, or antagonism. We all need to be quick to forgive, hold no animosity, respond with love, and move on. This doesn’t mean to be a doormat. We should voice the truth. But we need to look at the big picture and think, how would God judge my conduct?

There are many books out there about how to prosper, but this one is different. Because this book tells us about how we as believers ought to live our lives daily in integrity. The take away I got from this book was how vital and important Integrity is and what it means. Our everyday choices can empower us or destroy us.The unusual testimonies of Gods faithfulness and provision in this book are remarkable . I feel that the Lord highlighted the value of when we put others first before ourselves and how He rewards those who do what His Word says. We do not have to worry about when other people treat us unfair or if we get the short end of the stick, in the end if we keep our integrity, we will win in every situation of uncertain times. We win because God attends to and provides for those who live godly lives before Him.

Easy read. Love how the author ties everything back to scripture. I know my life will be different after reading this insightful book.

This book has excellent advice from a Godly perspective on how to handle money but also how to live life biblically. Every statement is backed up with scripture and many personal experiences that Bill Weiss & his wife have lived. This is a great book but if you are a Realtor it is especially top-notch.Highly recommend!!

Bill Wiese`s book Recession proof Living is a Godly Book. Christians should read Godly Books and not read or watch Ungodly books, movies, T.V.shows or magazines.

I struggle reading books but this one was great! Bill gives a ton of examples of how God moves in his life and provides references to scripture for everything. His writing is not long winded or repetitive. He is to the point and the stories will keep your engagement level high. Highly recommend!

This book is a MUST read!!! Bill shares over 30 true stories about his personal experience with God and the many miracles God did as he applied the Word of God to very challenging situations. It's changed my whole viewpoint about God and the way He can work in our every day lives. Bill challenged me, inspired me and helped me gain solid direction for my business and spiritual life. This is not a formula for success book, but it teaches us how to achieve success in every area of our lives while developing godly character. So many life-changing truths shared! Thank you!!

Nice Book good reading, liked the bible verses in it. It goes into what it has given as the reader will get!!
