LOVE the chair!!! EXCELLENT VALUE, EXCELLENT QUALITY, DELIVERY IS QUICK
My husband is a hairstylist and with the salon opening, then closing, then limited, then.... Now hairstylists can work outside. (#StayatHome Covid-19 ) - So.....I wanted to surprise him with a chair as he was using a stool for his men’s cuts. Well - this chair’s price was incredible under $150, the quality is excellent. The Directions are horrendous! I love putting together things from directions, its like a puzzle. So I thought I would do it for him so it would be done in totality. Well, Now that I know how to do it, it really is easy to do in under 20minutes. As it was - it took me over an hour because the directions were not direct. For those looking to buy an Excellent Salon chair and an unbeatable price. Don’t hesitate! This chair arrived quickly! In 2 days and now that it is done - my husband, his clients and I are so pleased with the purchase. we give it an: A+ grade. The instructions: D. So my tricks: don’t worry if you think the instructions show you missing screws. It comes with washers which aren’t in the instruction manual. On the bottom in slight font it states: IMPORTANT: Remove the bolts from the seat cushions and hydraulic piston. So basically - the manual says you need screws which don’t exist (and you don’t need) and there is a picture that says 7 screws which in acuality are the Bolts referred to in the IMPORTANT notice. So before you freak out saying you are missing screws. unbolt the bolts and call them “screws” and you are good to go! lol. Also - make sure the hydraulic piston is facing the right way so that it works. Listen to me and you will save yourself frustration and time. ENJOY!!!!!

Great Company / Great Chair for any price
I ordered this chair for my salon by mistake. I meant to order a reclining chair to use as a shampoo chair. After hours of research I ordered the wrong chair! When it arrived, my husband assembled it to surprise me and I was surprised...at the mistake I made. All I could imagine was that I was out $144 and stuck with the wrong chair. I don’t have money to burn during my salon closure and I am trying to prepare for reopening.Thankfully, the company was EXTREMELY gracious and efficient about taking the chair back. It even disassembled as easily as it assembled! This was a beautiful chair!! I wish I had not bought the “stylish” square salon chair that I had the week before—-which is a piece of garbage! I should have returned that one but it is impossible to disassemble! If you are considering this chair, pull the trigger! It’s a great inexpensive chair. Easily assembled, sturdy, great looking, all of the qualities you need. And if it does not meet your needs, the company will willingly pay for the return and credit your charge card within hours of FedEx pick up! Amazing customer service. What an outstanding retailer!!! 10 Stars!!!

Overall A Good Chair!
Overall, this is a good chair for the price. The components feel like good quality, and it was easy to assemble. However, one of the armrests doesn’t screw in all the way, leaving it a bit loose. I also wish the chair could raise a little higher. Still, it’s a decent option for the cost!

They worked out
These weren’t too difficult to put together. Perfect for my salon. Haven’t used them too much yet so I’m not sure how long they’ll last me or how durable they are yet. They look good. Weren’t too expensive.

Great starter chair
This chair was easy to put together. It’s very durable and can handle weight up to 350lbs. I recommend this to anyone who is on a budget and looking for a durable and reliable chair.

Read for detailed review!
Honestly. I researched and researched until I came down to this chair. It seemed liked the most cost effective option, with more pros than cons. I know you get what you pay for, and truly you do with this chair. I don’t hate this chair, but as a busy stylist with a variety of body types with clients, this wasn’t my best purchase. The pros sold me on it. The cons that I discovered, weren’t listed. So I’m going to give a more detailed review for other stylists looking for a chair, as I wished I had a review that would have reflected my discoveriesPros:✔️Great material overall. Somewhat easy to put together. Instructions were a bit sketchy, but I managed.✔️Low chair back with low depth in thickness, allows for longer hair, haircuts without elevation. I was looking for this specifically.✔️Aesthetically pleasing✔️Solid base, great arm rests.✔️Lowest point of rest for the chair allows for a shorter stylist to see top of head for foiling.(My cons will address highest “setting” when pumped all the way)✔️It’s said to hold up to 400 lbs. that would be a pro, but quite honestly, I would be nervous to push that weight limit. Which leads me to the cons and my decisions to sell this one and buy another …CONS:✔️ It just doesn’t feel stable. It feels cheap, when the client moves. Goodness forbid they are what the world considers plus size. One that is anything of average weight , they sit still, it’s fine. They reach for a drink or their phone, and you can feel the poor design.✔️IT DOES TIP FORWARD. UNLESS it’s on the lowest position. Which is too low for some clients to sit in the chair.✔️ The foot rest is not adjustable. I knew that. Except before this chair, I never had anyone of short stature tell me their knees hurt. Her knees hurt. They felt like her feet were hanging from the length of foot rest position. It’s not comfortable for shorter people.✔️Highest pump isn’t really that high. I know. I read the height specs for hydraulic. But it really isn’t that high.Overall. For the price. It’s not bad. If this is all you can afford. You can work with it. It’s looks nice. It won’t tip forward if down to lowest setting. So I just make sure I adjust to lowest before I walk away for client to process. This would make a good chair for simply styling. This isn’t a great investment for those that offer chemical services. Or have a variety of clients sizes.
