The good :- well built quality. The storage case is very good and of high quality. No rust or corrosion. Coated with very little oil to prevent rusting. Plastic of the case is thick and gives sturdy feeling. Packaging is good. Instructions of use is provided. The bits feels strong, heavy and of high built quality. The metal feels dense and heavy. The price is very good and affordable. Edges are good and sharp. Finishing is great and had no scratches at all. The logo engraved at surface gives feeling of satisfaction and attractiveness.The bad :- nothing is bad about this product.Overall it’s a very good purchase at given the price point. Those who are complaining just don’t know how to use and handle the product. This deserves the 5 star rating.

Does not work for me.
It does not work as shown in the pictures band instructions. The drill part does not make a incision deep enough and narrow enough for the screw extractor to get a proper grip.

Damaged Screw Extractor
I was skeptical when I ordered this item. Carpenters normally hammer in the screws when fixing hinges to save time. In the bargain they damage the head of the screws. I used this to extract some of these screws. Only caveat is that you require either an electric screw driver of a variable speed drill to use this. I am not sure about the quality of the metal, and therefore its longevity.
