Campsod 2017 Ultralight Cotton Mummy Sleeping Bag Open-toed for Adults Hiking,Camping

Light sleeping bag that packs up small but definitely not good to 0C (32F). I'm a cold sleeper but still... This is a great 50F sleeping bag imho. The quality and delivery of the bag were good it's just not got enough/effective fill. I know 0C is probably just the survival, not the comfort rating but for some reason I expected more. I used this bag in 45F weather with thermal top/bottom & beanie and had to add lots more layers in order to sleep comfortably. I was in a 1 man tent with ground pad and rain fly on ad it was a dry night, low wind.

I purchased this bag at the last minute for a 3 day backpacking trek on the Appalachian trail. The bag was perfect for what we had planned. It is very light weight and easy to pack into the bag it came in. It took up minimal space in the framepack. The temp did go below the temp rating for the bag ( it was 30 F overnight) but with a fleece liner used along with, my 16 year old daughter was comfortable in one layer of clothing all night. Definitely recommend and would purchase again for additional family members.

I am 6 foot 1 inch tall with a medium slender build around 180 lbs. This bag is meant for my size or thinner. I am able to get inside, zip up, cover my head and have just enough room inside for comfort. It seems extremely warm and soft inside.If I was any wider (chunky) I would not enjoy this bag seeing that it wraps against body pretty snug if I was any bigger.I am giving it 5 stars because it's exactly as described and feels to be made very sturdy and extremely light weight.UPDATE: Took it out for 2 nights of backpacking and this thing rocked. The weather got down to 9 degrees. With proper clothing and this sleeping bag I was perfect.

Pro: it packs up really, really small and is very light. Fits in my backpack perfectly.Con: It simply does not keep me warm enough or trap the heat.I have tried this in low to mid 40sF weather, in the damp Pacific Northwest, inside a tent, and it is simply not warm enough. Product states that the comfort temperature is 46F, I would say it is more like 56, if not higher. I have had 2 sleepless nights due to cold, I'm sorry to say. The sensation of cold seeping through both sides of the bag as I'm shivering is something I never want to experience again, so I am going to splurge for real gear.This bag would be fine for warm weather, 60-70.

I just purchased the 15 Degree Fahrenheit version of this mummy sleeping bag. During past two weeks, I used the bag for four nights. The coldest night was 34F. I was dressed in lightweight sleeping clothes and stayed warm and comfortable during the night with this bag. The bag is light weigh, soft, great no-snag zipper design. Great storage bag included. This is the best bag that I have owned and used (four previously); 20 years camping experience.

Overall a good purchase for the price. Some heads up though, this sleeping bag works very well until the temperature drops below like 50 degrees (if you're wearing like shorts and a t-shirt. Even with pants and a sweatshirt on this really only works down to about 40-45 degrees max. It does pack well and is very light which is why I bought it, but if you can afford to go for a higher quality bag with a lower min. temp I would recommend doing that.

Just purchased this and tried it out last weekend.Pros: Fabric was soft.Cinch cords worked well around head and faceCons: The foot zipper is out of alignment and doesn't zip properly. It hangs up when going to the end and is a challenge to unzip.Also, there were lots of excess strings on the fabric which required trimming.I question the quality and long-term reliability. I will probably spend more in the future for a better product.

It did the job but does not keep you that warm. It's a good summer sleeping bag. Around the legs there isn't much room. The bag does get fit into a small compression bag, which saves a lot of space especially for hiking.

Bought this as a two season bag but not impressed. I generally don't feel the cold but froze when ambient was about 8C and that was with a liner! Does pack very small but then so does a large plastic bag which I feel would be equally as warm.Now only used when sofa surfing at friends etc. I've bought new for camping.

great for the price. i haven't tried and tested against the elements but as an emergency sleep thingy its pretty good

Have not used it yet but l looks warm & cosy. For upto medium built, upto 6 ft tall. Compact, fits nicely in the cover included. Good value. Would buy another one!
