Incredible product. Box was a little damaged from shipping, but everything inside was in perfect condition. Altogether it was about a 45-minute long project from start to finish. Every piece was labeled and bagged individually which made it super easy to sort and put together. Only tool needed that was included was a drill to screw the boards together. The end product was sturdy, looked great, and was exactly as pictured on the Amazon listing. Would buy again if needed.

After a LOT of drama trying to get another hutch, I bought this because of the speed. The service was sublime! Great service, fast shipping, responsive team. The hutch itself I love, very spacious and pretty and we have very happy pets. Overall, this is a 5 star product. I can't give 5 stars because some of the wood is cracked and there was something like tree sap on quite a bit of the wood that we had a hard time removing. That said, I WOULD recommend this product. It is airy and spacious and pretty easy to clean. I would expect to reinforce the latches however and the wood is not perfect nor is it heavy. But overall this is a very nice hutch and the service is great! Came from California in 2 days.

Perfect size for my mini Rex. Have to remove some bedding before sliding out the trays to avoid spillage. Sturdy and perfect for keeping inside

I would’ve given a negative star if I could. This is a poorly made piece of garbage. It is difficult to clean, it states anti corrosive but it’s not. Hadn’t even had it 2 months and it started to corrode and we change the bedding EVERY DAY. Trying to put this together was beyond a joke and I should’ve given up at that point but I wanted it to work so bad. My mistake. The top outside crumbles all over the place and I am constantly vacuuming beads of the crap. The walls all warped and the doors aren’t even and some barley open. If your pet pees anywhere near and wall or edge the urine runs down the whole side and gets all over the floor. The cheap wood absorbs the urine and smells horrible and you can’t get it out. This is the worst purchase I have made. I know you get what you pay for and I wasn’t expecting the world from this but I was expecting far more then what I got.

Edit. We've not even had this a month yet.. all doors are loose, top heart has already popped of. Having to work on it at 10pm bc my ferret was able to pop the door open on her own bc the heart is off. It's a ferret, she's 4 months old & super small.. this is suppose to be made for a rabbit that's MUCH bigger! Luckily we are still awake & seen it open as she can't free roam the entire house. Currently have something propped against the top 2 doors to ensure she can't escape till we can go buy hardware tomorrow..Cage is like described & pretty easily put together. We had an issue where one of the factory screws was screwed in too tight on one piece busting the wood. The company was very quick & responsive on getting the replacement piece sent to us with no issues. Super cute, sturdy & of course.. Its pink!

I purchased this for my daughter's guinea pigs. She had 4 at the time, 2 in two different cages. We put the door down to separate the top from the bottom and we treated it as 2 different cages (2 at top, 2 at bottom). When one of her guinea pigs died and we were down to three, one of the ones on the bottom kept going up the ramp and lifting the door with her head to get to the top. So we decided to open the divider and let them roam together. They love it, they have no problem getting up and down the ramp and are very happy. The hay feeder is wonderful.Now the downside... this cage is TOTALLY worth the investment, it is worth the money. However, with that being said, it is HORRIBLE to put together. It comes with one page of instructions... ONE, single sided, and they are all pictures that you have to decipher. It also does not have pre-drilled holes for most of it. So while you are deciphering the pictures to figure out how the puzzle pieces together, you are also having to keep things lined up while making your own holes so that it all fits properly. Once together though, it is wonderful.

It’ll do for now but it’s very cheap feeling. Yes you get what you pay for I guess. I doubt that the paint is waterproof enough for it to be outside so I covered with a tarp. It’s cute and pink but not very sturdy so keep that in mind when thinking about what you need it for. “Wood” is very thin. A rabbit or Guinea pig will probably chew right through it.

Once we figured out what pieces went where ot put together fine. Instructions could have been a little better and pieces numbered better. It looks good, was bigger than I was expecting but I don't regret buying my gunie pigs love their home and its nice to be able to block the ramp off, clean the top part, move the gunie pigs to the top and then clean the bottom. It wipes clean easily. I do love it, just putting together was a bit frustrating bc the Instructions weren't that great and the pieces were labeled in blue and the color is blue so it was hard to see. I would buy again honestly. Keeps my gunie pigs safe from the cats and I keep it inside, however if u keep inside I would put plastic down underneath bc they kick out the bedding. I have it on hard wood with plastic you throw down when u paint underneath. It catches the bedding that is tossed out.
