These grow very quickly and are prolific producers. Germination after last frost in about 5 days. Prepare the ground by mixing in compost or nitrogen rich fertilizer with calcium to encourage production. The skins are very tender and can be eaten along with the rest of the zucchini. We've had it as zucchini bread, stewed with tomatoes, sliced and fried in panko breading, pickled and raw in salads. Be sure to watch for vine bores which can be treated with many different non-pesticide treatments. You need plenty of room for the plants to spread - at least 3 ft. X 6 ft. for each plant. They are not really vines but they lay down and 'crawl' and the leaves are huge! Squash can reach a foot but pick before that time. Raised beds are very helpful for watering and picking.

100% germination and yield lots zucchini! Rarely leave review but I am really happy with this seed and how well it turned out. The seed all germinated within 7 days and 2 months later I start to get zucchinis and more baby ones are growing! First time planting and it was a great experience with high quality seed!!

Seeds will produce half the time. One pumped out zucchinis and the other threw out rotten ones. Probably just bad genetics. Pick through your best plants and let one mature enough to harvest for seeds,and throw these seeds out bc I'm not gambling with poor quality.

Huge flavorful zucchini. Each plant produced at least 4 large zucchini and towards the end of the season so my smaller ones I lost track. My germination rate for the seeds was 100 percent, but I lost 1 of the plants really early on, it grew completely white from the beginning, kind of odd. Overall really happy with these seeds.

My family loved growing our own vegetables, such as zucchini squash. I was very pleased with my seed order. I recommend these seeds to another Gardner lover.
