These stories are just gripping from start to finish. What was fascinating to me was the actual possibility that situations and details described could feasibly happen in the future. I love Ol Doc!

It's a fast moving, funny story, that paints very clear imagery. The usage of names is also very interesting, for Instance looking up Hippocrates and Methuselah in the Oxford gets the imagination going.I would recommend this to people who like Sci-fi, adventure novels

This book was sent quickly and courteously. However, having read these stories eagerly when I was a kid in the forties, a quick look makes it seem that they may be unreadably dated now. But they are of historical interest, given the author. (I am not a Scientologist.)

This book is great! I actually really enjoyed reading it. The adventures are very capturing. I hope to live only half as an exiting and adventurous life as Old Doc.

This is pulp writing at its best, by a master, L. Ron Hubbard. Doctors would love to have an alien able to synthesize a cure for all diseases.

I read these stories many many years ago and somehow didn't have the book anymore. I'm glad I found this copy although I would have preferred it as an ebook. Very entertaining stories in true L Ron Hubbard style.
