Horrible Earbuds, Non-Existant Customer Service
It's taken me a while to review these earbuds, however I feel I need to say something about them.First off, I have had issues with them from Day 1. I bought them specifically with the idea of having something to listen to while I was working out and walking. These seemed like a reasonably priced pair and so I purchased them. They fit OK in my ears, though they are a little big even for my fat head. However the worst part is that I noticed immediately if I put my phone in my pocket, they would start to cut out, mostly the left one.I thought to myself, "Ok, the phone must be too far away." so I put the phone in my armband that I use while working out, literally less than a foot away from the earbuds. Same issue with the left earbud. Cutting out all the time. Sometimes if I hold my head at just the right angle, it won't cut out for a while, but no matter what I did the problem persisted. So I thought I would recharge them and hope for the best. Still the same issues. Tried it on my tablet, and still had the same issue. Maybe my ears are too far apart for the earbuds to stay connected to one another? Who knows. All I know is that I have to use the right earbud almost exclusively, which brings me to my next frustration...If you want to use just 1 earbud, it HAS to be the right one. You cannot use the left one on it's own. It will not connect and be seen by your device. ONLY the right one can be used alone. The left one will just sit there and do nothing, because it needs the right one to function. I have purchased $20 earbuds from Amazon that allow you to use either one alone, so it kinda sucks. So I sent a message to the seller after I got frustrated enough to see if there was something wrong with my earbuds or if it was something I needed to fix.Dead silence. Nothing. No response at all from them. So, thus I finally leave the review because they've had ample time to contact me and help me out and have not done so.I have moved on to better ear buds and I suggest that you consider doing the same if you're looking to purchase these.

Left headphones disconnects/reconnects repeatedly
I bought these because of the great reviews. The sound quality was decent, as was the fitment, but the Bluetooth was terrible. The left headphone would repeatedly disconnect and reconnect itself every 15-30 seconds or so. So basically, it was repeatedly cutting in and out throughout every song. It became a huge nuisance and I swapped out for my wife’s headphones. Then, even when in the case and turned off, they repeatedly connected to my phone and bumped my other headphones off. I had to “forget device” to stop the issue.I usually buy highly rated low cost headphones and have excellent results, but these missed the mark.

Comfortable, quick pairing, good sound, nice features
So, what makes these earbuds worthy of a 5 star rating/review? Here's the 10,000 ft overview: quick pairing; comfortable to wear for extended periods; no ear fatigue; surprisingly good sound. They come with the usual 3 sizes of ear tips as well as 3 sizes of ear “hooks” that let you customize the fit and feel. And here lies one of the thoughtful designs that you take for granted – there is a little bump in the ear bud and matching cut out in the ear hook so you don’t need to play with trying to figure out the orientation. I’ve had no trouble wearing these for 3+ hours while exercising or working around the house. And here’s the next couple of nice features – when it comes time to recharge them, you just pop them into the included case. When you flip open the lid of the case, you are greeted by up to four blue lights that indicate the battery level in the case so you get a quick idea of if you’ll be able to charge the earbuds and when you need to recharge it. The cutouts in the charger by themselves would ensure that you popped the earbuds in correctly, but there are also magnets present and they get tugged into place. You can turn the case upside down with the lid open, shake it around and the earbuds won’t pop out. How many times have you thought you had something seated correctly on it’s charger only to come back later to realize that you hadn’t? These relieve you of that depressing scenario. Bluetooth 5.0 ensures a stable and battery efficient connection. I have no connection problems even when I have my phone in my front or back pocket. Another neat feature is the ability to only use one earbud in mono mode for those times when you need to have one ear free – or even better, pass the other earbud to a friend and you can share what you are listening to.Each earbud has a multi-function button and there is a small learning curve until you get down which earbud controls which function, but this is a minor quibble in order to pack as much functionality as you can into the product. The only function that I would like to see added here is the ability to mute your voice during a phone call, but I’ve yet to see that on wireless earbuds such as these so I take no points away since everybody seems to not be including it.Now, on to the sound. Since it’s very easy to get a good fit, they isolate outside noises quite well so you don’t need to crank up the volume to hear what you are listening to. That’s not to say that you can’t crank them up, because they do get quite loud and I’ve not been able to get them to distort and break up like so many others do. Will these ever be mistaken for a set of planar magnetic headphones, no, will you be able to listen to your favorite tunes for multiple hours without hating your ears and have no trouble using them over and over, absolutely. The packaging notes that it works with Alexa – I’ve had no problem with Google assistant as well. You won’t be disappointed with your $39.95 purchase. And hey, if you are, according to the listing, you have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, so you have nothing to lose.

Not good for runners - constantly cutting out.
There's a ton to like about these. They fit well, they are comfortable, they stay put. They sound pretty decent, too - especially given the price. But, and this is just a deal breaker - the sound on the left bud, when I am running, consistently chops in and out. The right bud is rock solid, but if you move too much the left one cuts out. After emailing back and forth with support (and getting advice/troubleshooting in very broken English), they informed me that "If there has a little disconnection,it is normal;if there has a lot disconnection,it may have some problem." I don't see how even a "little" disconnection can possibly be acceptable/OK. These will have to go back, unfortunately. That being said, if you are a desk jockey and looking for a decent pair of cheap wireless buds, these will likely be OK for you. Another negative - there is no way to control the EQ on these things, so if your source doesn't do any EQ control you're out of luck.
